Manager was very rude I called because whoever packaged my order it was a hole in the lid and all my sauce spilled in the bag instead of replacing the sauce or apologizing she tried to blame me which is ridiculous why would I want my food floating in soy sauce very rude don’t recommend. ! My husband got the drunken noodle and I had the red curry chicken. Both dishes were very sweet, and the chicken was tough. My husband mentioned that some of his chicken was cold. My curry dish was so sweet that I almost couldn’t eat it. It was absolutely awful.

I just got food from them and I have a wheat allergy and not only did I find my food had been cross contaminated with wheat noodles, I had already eaten a rather good amount before noticing and had an allergic reaction. This place apparently has a complete disregard of life threatening allergies.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Springfield! I appreciate the fact that if something is wrong with the food, they will fix it. My husband is a vegetarian and got the tofu pad Thai, but had some chicken in it and when I called them. They said that they would give us 2 entrées for free. I really appreciate the fact that they’re willing to make it right for their customers. And they made sure to come out and talk to me about it to make sure that I knew what looked like what in the dish. Excellent customer service. I will definitely go back time and time again.
Top two of the Thai places on this side of Michigan that I’ve had. Great service and the atmosphere is nice to dine in.
