Been coming to this location for more than a year and each time they are super nice. Especially with our kids. Many times they include them small gifts for them. Very friendly workers at this location. Super clean and fast service too. Thank you, my kids love these people ❤️

I have at least one trip daily to a Tim’s. Absolutely everything I ordered was incorrect. A simple coffee with cream was loaded with sugar, not good for a diabetic. I have no idea what went into my ice Capp but it was nasty. Then the tim bits were like Little Rock’s. I was simply going to call, but there was no one to answer, the number listed is for a remote service. Maybe I should start looking at other choices for my services in the area. Very disappointing

Ordered a cappuccino medium size and i got 5% coffee, 30% foam and 65% empty glass with air. Refund should be better for me. But I can go for replacement as well. Let me know how can i get them so that i can proceed.

NO GLOVES or PAPER used when handling food!!!! Saw employee not use gloves or paper when handling baked goods. She was moving cookies from one shelf to another with her BARE HANDS. Right in front of me like I wasn’t standing there. I am absolutely disgusted. I ordered a latte but seeing food workers handle “fresh” baked goods with BARE HANDS is appalling. Where is the health department going audits? Where is the manager? I love to support local businesses but I can no longer bring my business here. It’s cold and flu season so to see this blatant disregard makes my stomach turn. I used to love going here, but now me and my family will not frequent here anymore. I will be bringing this to the city council meetings in Southfield!! Food businesses have become too lax.

Have been going to this Tim Hortons on and off since they opened last year. First couple of months was great, then something changed and it’s been going downhill since. I don’t even go there anymore as of 8/4 because it’s the same thing with the service.. They out of this, the equipment doesn’t work today, can we substitute, we are out of certain meats and breads. One time even out of lettuce..
Place is horrible that’s could be why the drive thru is is always empty when I drive past daily!
