Closed at 2 when their close time is 3pm. We asked an employee at the Wendy’s connected to the Tim’s and he said, “wait they’re closed already?? oh dang!” I just wanted get my grandma some coffee :(

I thought the other poor reviews were overblown, it's just Tim Hortons after all. But this location is bad. Wrong order, slow service. There's a different Tim Hortons a bit further away, it's worth the extra drive time to get what I actually ordered

No idea what they're doing inside sometimes but be prepared to sit in the drive thru for an obnoxious amount of time, even with one or no cars in front of you. Inside isn't any better. Starbucks wait with 1 star quality.

Never again. I went through the drive thru at 8am. Ordered a breakfast burrito and iced capp. I was told to pull forward but waited over 15 minutes. I finally went inside looking for my order to be told the guy had finally run out my burrito but was handed my drink at the counter because he didn't remember to bring that to me. My drink was completely melted and I had to get my food from the guy at the door when he finally came back.
I love Tim Hortons and get this exact combo very often. I have never been asked to pull forward but I understand each place is different. The 15+ minute wait and then forgetting to even bring out half my order was unacceptable.
Also the location itself is wonky. Weird to navigate the double drive thru with Wendy's and the only way out is into a high traffic corner.

I had ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. A medium dark roast double-double instead. Of sausage, they gave me bacon, they even put bacon at my receipt. So they just ordered whatever they felt free to and I had no cream of sugar in my coffee. I won't ever go back to that store again since I want to play rush and roulette. With my food and coffee
