This is the 2nd time I went to this store in recent times because it’s on the way to hospital to visit my mom she’s in ICU, but this so call server supervisor is UNAPPRECIATED for her RUDE Behavior to customers I thought it was just a bad day but it appears to be consistent & bad reported reviews are present BUT nothing done to correct it. Store Owners!!!! Please address this person Now It is sad to see that her behavior has been reported but nothing has been done about it. I will no longer spend my hard earned money here at this store Let’s replace it with a business who is concerned about service to its customers in this area If I could give negative or no stars that would be it

That black lady that gave me my food in the drive thru was insanely rude even though I didn’t do anything. My car wasn’t even that far from the window and I was asking for my food and she was just staring at me with my food in her hands and not giving it to me I was trying to reach for it then she rudely said “you parked all the way there hello what do you want me to do” like who even says that? She could’ve just asked me to move in closer and I just moved in closer and she still wasn’t handing me my food until I came all the way out my window and mind you I wasn’t that far from the window maybe an inch extra than usual. Never coming here again terrible service and messed my day up!

I ordered catering from this Tim Hortons for three separate days, and everything was perfect each time! The owner was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure the orders were well-organized and beautifully put together. Everything was fresh, on time, and exactly as requested. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location for both catering and everyday visits!

Nice staff, the coffee was ok. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they have A TON of gnats inside this location. I sat down to do some work for less than an hour and decided to leave due to be swatting so many gnats. I wouldn’t eat anything from here knowing there may be other tiny flies enjoying the selection of donuts as well.

It was very slow but I could handle that. My husband and I on vacation from the St Louis area. We wanted to try a Tim Hortons because we have never been to one. We both got a iced lattee it was so bitter and nasty we poured it out in the parking lot. Weve had worse coffee but not by a lot.
Convenient location, although the facility is small compared to most, and it's not the most up-to-date Tim Hortons I've seen. Donuts were good and the service met the requirements.

I gave this a 5 star rating only because of Mya & Destiny. They are amazing deserve the praise and raise. They are both hardworking and will go out of their way to make sure your order is taken care of. They have excellent customer service polite and welcoming. Unlike couple in there. I highly recommend them to accommodate you for your service and you will never be disappointed with your food order.

Stay away from this Tim Hortons. The staff lacks basic customer service skills. They are not friendly and very rude to customers. I’ve never been talked to like that at a restaurant, or any business, taking my order. The woman at drive-thru had a condescending attitude, and refused to review the order with me — she cut me off and snapped back at me w an attitude “I got it” when I tried to review it with her… then didn’t speak another word to me after that, dead silence, no total or even thanks for my order. Finally, after about 10-15 seconds she snapped w another attitude “Pull up!” Then, of course, they proceeded to get the order wrong. Not surprised with bad employees like that. A poor reflection on management.
