The shilly's service on this place
Just went here for a coffee. Soon as the cashier with the long silver braids saw me she said "she has an attitude all over her face" I did not have an attitude I had a smile. She then proceeded to tell her coworker to ring up my order, because I have an attitude all over my face and she doesn't want to look at it.
I told her that she was the one with the attitude, and I had done nothing but smile. I didn't trust that she wouldn't put something in my coffee after that so I told her to keep the coffee and left.
I go to this Tim Hortons all the time.. I will never return here again as long as she works here. I don't know her name, but she had long braids with silver in them, and she was working in the afternoon of February 26 at 3:05 PM.

Typical Tim Hortons restaurant. Clean and staffed well. Food was great, but staff could have been more friendly.

I wondered why when I bit into my avocado toast that it was absolutely cold! Turns out what was supposed to be actual toast was a mere slice of bread. Everything was uncooked. Total disappointment

Went to Tim Hortons for the first time in years. Won't go again. Food chains just don't get it. Not everyone wants meat anymore. Recently 11 MILLION pounds of meat had to be trashed due to contamination. That's only one of several recalls. Yet, menus at food chains like this one have meat in every item. They will sell you a biscuit egg and cheese without meat, but the cost is only 15 cents less. If that's what your sausage patty costs, ask yourself what it contains. Ask who was underpaid in the processing of that patty and what meat inspector was paid off to ignore unsafe conditions in the processing plant or at the CAFO. Actually a lot of food isn't inspected at all because of government budget cuts by politicians. How many more millions of pounds of wasted food and energy will it take before things change? Make the changes you can, people. Stay healthy. Don't eat meat. Don't support this system.

Horrible experience. I stood at the register for over five minutes and when I asked is someone going to take my order, the person who was on sandwiches started my order with an attitude like I was bothering her. I will never return to this location.
This Tim Horton’s location is honestly pretty hit or miss. Your drink is either made right or wrong…no in-between. Same with their food. Some days it’s perfect and other days, you can barely make it through a sandwich without throwing it out. Service is usually pretty fast and friendly though.

My BLT was great! Fresh bacon, soft bun and the right amount of mayo! My cold brew was made to perfection as well. Best Timmy ho’s in the area!

Dine in hours differ from drive thru hours. This hour difference isn't posted online or on their doors, however; so when I arrived, I was made to stand outside in the rain for twenty minutes. The manager confused all the employees who were concerned by the sight of me getting cold and wet waiting to be let in a store that was clearly already opened. One employee opened the doors for me three minutes earlier from the time the manager hand gestured to me thru the window, and apologized for the manager's rudeness and icy treatment. I ordered and began to study, but the chairs were small, hard, and uncomfortable. I think seeing my books in hand the manager didn't want me to feel welcomed to sit a long time. I stayed about ninety minutes but noticed most "dine in" customers did not dine in. I overheard a pleasant greeting exchanged to everyone and noticed most customers leaving with a good laugh. The donuts were fresh and delicious but the sandwich seemed inedible and just weird in color, texture, and temperature.
