The man preparing my order, wiped his nostril with his thumb and proceeded to open my bag to put my donut in the bag. I immediately tossed it in the trash! The female cashier was distracted and did not give us a receipt. *Dear Owner, I clearly stated that no receipt was given. To then send a generic reply, asking me to repeat my complaint on a website that asks for the information from the receipt that I clearly don't have, is ridiculous! The location of the Tim Horton's is in Southfield, Michigan, on Southfield Road and 13 Mile Road, inside the gas station. I don't know the employees names, I'm sure you know who was working there on Saturday, June 14, 2025.
