Had an amazing experience. Burt was incredible and while our order caused a lot of confusion he was attentive, calm and made sure we received the best service possible. He’s an absolute gem and we appreciate his great customer service.
Thank you Tim Hortons! Today I went through the drive thru, the attendant was polite, the line was quick and the service and coffee was great. It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty. Unfortunately this location has a shortage of employees and you cannot dine on the inside.. But on the upside the employees working that drive thru are friendly and has good customer service.
