Service was fast and friendly-- well staffed, so they were able to handle the lunch rush with ease. Smoothie was yummy, and the sandwich I ordered (chicken pesto) was also delicious. Thanks for a lovely meal/experience!

I have to say after ignoring the bad attitude of the manager, that she needs correction on what is good service. If she does want to work there. QUIT. The customers don't enjoy her mean expressions, comments, nor unnecessarily slow service. I hope you can change because some customers will leave when they see you through the glass door. The quality of service is from the top down. I am adding to this review dropping a star. The staff needs additional training on how to make smoothies correctly and to follow the menu. DO NOT ALTER THE INGREDIENTS. This isn't make it your way. I watch the staff while making my food. This is not your personal menu. Don't have a bad attitude when corrected by customer. GET IT RIGHT.

Been to this location twice. Product and staff were great. But the lobby stank like nobody's business. I'm not sure how the staff interviewed, accepted the position, and show up to work wit it smelling like that.

I received a flatbread that was so burnt I couldn’t eat it. When I tried calling to get a refund or a remake, they advised me that I would need to bring the sandwich back in. Since I was back at work, I could not make it back until the next day. I was then told they would not replace it unless I brought the food back the next day. Why would I keep a burnt sandwich for a whole day with me? Never returning here. Now I’m left with no lunch.

29920 Telegraph rd, Southfield, the employees need more training. I stopped going to this location because my smoothie was never right. Here I am a year later and it has not changed. I'm chewing my Chia Bannana Boost. It's watery, no flavor & chunky. I asked to double blend, no double was done or it wouldn't be chunky. A waste of $9.42. I will never no matter the time give this location my business.

I usually love some tropical smoothie but this location always has old apple kale slaw and uses way too many onions lol
I was starving so I ran over here to get a chicken bacon ranch flatbread which didn't seem to have much chicken on it at all. I would not recommend it even though it had a good taste

This is the rudest, and most unprofessional TS I have been to. Lol the attitudes by some of the staff was a joke. Ordered 4 drinks asked for sugar substitute they said ok to each one after we ordered it that way, never asked us what one we wanted or any other questions. We get our drinks and they are pretty sour. We called and asked if they could fix it, "no," ok can we get new drinks, "no," all the time blaming us because we didn't tell them what sugar substitute we wanted. We only thought they had one so if we needed to specify, could they just have asked? Otherwise, when we say sugar substitute, what are you putting down? Nothing I assume now. Just the attitude as we tried to get help made my blood pressure rise. Also, no, they couldn't refund our money either-shocker. The best hope for the owner is the crew all up and quits because I think they could do more business and have happier customers with a more professional staff. Mistakes happen, but don't be rude and unhelpful.
