This is the worst location! Every time, and I mean every time I have gone to this location there is always an issue. I’ve gone because it is closer but I am done with the Evergreen Tropical Smoothie! The staff is full of young kids with no customer service training! This place is so unorganized and displays no customer service skills at all. It’s ridiculous! I have waited over 20 minutes for 2 smoothies on numerous occasions! No food just 2 smoothies.

I have been more than patient with this location but today was definitely my last day there. The customer service was terrible. I was very disappointed. My friends and I will not be returning. It was enough to wait over 30 minutes for an online order but for the manager to be so rude and inconsiderate is unacceptable. I asked to cancel my order and to receive a receipt of the refund.
