Yummy and half off in the morning!

Double charged me, acknowledged that my card may be charged twice and told me to call up to the store if that was the case to have it rectified. Called and was told I would have to come back to the store with banking information proving I was double charged. Staff are consistently rude and inept. Haven't been back in months.

Very crowded, fine. Ok tasting smoothie, ok. Violently throwing up since I drank it, HORRIBLE! * it was the only thing I've ingested today*

I had such a great experience at the Tropical Smoothie Southfield location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jeremiah at the register—kind, welcoming, and full of patience as I placed my order (and yes, I came in with a list!).

He didn’t miss a beat and made the entire process smooth and easy.

The energy in this location is unmatched. Every staff member I encountered was upbeat, friendly, and carried a spirit of joy and laughter. You can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk through the door.

My food was made fast, tasted amazing, and most importantly—everything was done correctly. Well done, Evergreen Tropical Smoothie team!

I ordered 2 smoothies in the app. It took 30 minutes to get when they were promised in 10 minutes. One smoothie was given first and I asked a couple of times before someone gave me the second one which had been sitting on the counter for a while. The wait was annoying but they tasted good

Ever time i come here it gets worse. They were out of most things with 3 hours left to go before close....or they just want to be lazy and not make the order. Wait times are still terrible but now so is the service.
Smoothies here are okay. The wait times are ridiculous. Be ready to sit in the drive through for 10 to 20 minutes just for a smoothie. Pretty much all the smoothies are good. I've had them all.

I placed an order in store. Cashier was not very polite. Got my food and returned to work only to realize i had been given the incorrect wrap. Went back to the store, was given the correct food but it was cold. There was no apology or nothing done to make things right.

Why are your employees so inattentive? I ordered chia pudding WITHOUT YOGURT AND GRANOLA. But they missed it, this is not the first time

Doesn't taste like they added the extra ingredients I paid for, it taste worst than the regular smoothie with nothing added... are they be cheap or light on servings at that location?

I just ordered a meal. I had 2 half pieces of turkey on the sandwich, and i have tried so many times to get with this location but normally my order has to be done several times to get right, normally still wrong but today was just too much. Nothing against the staff but there is more training that needs to be done. I wont return to this location as i have had to many times where my order is wrong or done poorly.

Just left and if there weren't 5 employees in there, there wasn't one. Waited a good 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. We had to ask the girl was she there to help us. They were focused on carry out and online orders. Then the girl acted surprised when I asked her if we would get service better online. They act like you're bothering them. I despise this new "customer service." There's no more, "Hi, someone will be right with you." This is crazy! And have the nerve to have "tip" as an option. This new generation expects things to be given to them. First time ever trying Tropical Cafe and based on the service... I will NEVER be back. I don't care how it tastes.

I go every other day to Get Sunrise sunset smoothies and they are the besst. Great staff and calm atmosphere.

I’m not sure if Tropical Smoothie is telling its employees to be skimpy with the ingredients or if the employees are just not making the smoothies right. I had to have my drink made three times in one day. The first drink was almost tasteless so I had them make it over again. The second time it taste just like plain ole ice. I just went inside the third time and had them make it. I don’t think they are going by the book and just doing anything. The quality of this restaurant has gone down. The employee are very kind but I don’t think they are adding the correct amount of ingredients.
