Please do better at hiring people with “good” customer service and attitudes. I’m so sick and tired of going to these fast food establishments and the workers don’t greet, don’t say thank you, don’t say hello, don’t ask how you are doing, don’t say ANYTHING. Managers, please enforce customer service. It makes such a difference. If you are not in the mood to “people” that day or any day, stay home or find a job that doesn’t deal with the general public. The lady that ran my food out didn’t speak. Even after I said: “thank you, I appreciate you” she just walked off. I’m so done. Managers, please do better with who you hire!

I’m writing this review as I just left this location and unfortunately the customer service is absolutely horrible at 10:30 in the morning. The cashier never said hello, and when I got my card back she asked if I could pull up to the door to retrieve my order but closed the window before I could even acknowledge her to say a word and say ok. I guess she assumed I heard her. When I received my order, she reached it out of the door in the most awkward way and I waited a few seconds while looking at her to see if she’d at least say “here’s your order” or “thank you”. There was no verbal communication and to be fair, the service thru the drive thru at this location is never great but at this point the team needs training on customer service and people skills or at least the young lady with brown/black long braids that serviced me today. A smile and a thank you should be simple..

Ordered a açaí bowl it wasn’t even filled to fill line the toppings were threw on that like a kid made it. My reward was not acknowledged due to a supposed glitch in the system. The cashier didn’t greet anyone coming in. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this location

First off everyone looked upset, No one spoke when I enterd I still said hello and was met with how can I help you.... everyone looked as if They hated coming to work today my smoothie tasted like sugarfree water !!! I ordered a Bahama mama with extra white chocolate and I still got a tasteless smoothie with a side of attitude. I said thank you and they never said one word. I Will not patronize particular Tropical Cafe again.

I always have a pleasant experience from the drive thru to payment, and to smoothie pick up. Each employee that I’ve had interactions with are always kind, smiling and polite . Customer service and working in retail or restaurants can be very challenging. I applaud each employee at this location. I always look forward to seeing them and getting my smoothie!

I always get a smoothie and a wrap. It's always ready once I pull up. I never have to interact with anyone, because I order B4 I go and my food is on a shelf with my name on it. They have very fast service here, if you order in advance. Lastly, my order is Always Right. Great Job, Tropical Smoothie Cafe! 💓👌🏾

Double charged me, acknowledged that my card may be charged twice and told me to call up to the store if that was the case to have it rectified. Called and was told I would have to come back to the store with banking information proving I was double charged. Staff are consistently rude and inept. Haven't been back in months.

I had such a great experience at the Tropical Smoothie Southfield location! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jeremiah at the register—kind, welcoming, and full of patience as I placed my order (and yes, I came in with a list!).

He didn’t miss a beat and made the entire process smooth and easy.

The energy in this location is unmatched. Every staff member I encountered was upbeat, friendly, and carried a spirit of joy and laughter. You can feel the good vibes as soon as you walk through the door.

My food was made fast, tasted amazing, and most importantly—everything was done correctly. Well done, Evergreen Tropical Smoothie team!

I ordered 2 smoothies in the app. It took 30 minutes to get when they were promised in 10 minutes. One smoothie was given first and I asked a couple of times before someone gave me the second one which had been sitting on the counter for a while. The wait was annoying but they tasted good

Ever time i come here it gets worse. They were out of most things with 3 hours left to go before close....or they just want to be lazy and not make the order. Wait times are still terrible but now so is the service.
Smoothies here are okay. The wait times are ridiculous. Be ready to sit in the drive through for 10 to 20 minutes just for a smoothie. Pretty much all the smoothies are good. I've had them all.

I placed an order in store. Cashier was not very polite. Got my food and returned to work only to realize i had been given the incorrect wrap. Went back to the store, was given the correct food but it was cold. There was no apology or nothing done to make things right.
