Lack of service they say gone call they have wait for 2 hours on the phone and also 2 weeks to reach back out . And the inside is nasty.

This location has completely fell off lately I’m not sure if it’s a change In Ownership/management but this place is poorly ran. Most of the staff are inexperienced kids attitudes are horrible, for a week straight They didn’t have any utensils, or didn’t have ingredients and just kept saying that their truck didn’t come as if that has anything to do with the customer after I order my food and y’all tell me you’ll don’t have bags, or forks, or chips, completely unacceptable. Not to mention the poor portion size the gave me. Wish I could give 0 stars

This location needs to be shut down. There are multiple reports of glass or broken plastic being found inside of smoothies. It is unclear whether these attacks were racially motivated, but how someone accidentally puts plastic/glass in a smoothie on more than one occasion seems highly suspect. Please stay safe and order from some place else. This location needs to be investigated before someone get seriously harmed!

This place needs to be highly investigated in closed down a petition needs to be petition in the city for this particular tropical smoothie to be investigated two grandparents has found broken glass in their children's smoothies and there is no legitimate explanation of why please do not purchase anything at this tropical smoothies make your own!!!

Amongst the stories of glass in smoothies. I got food poisoning from drinking a Paradise Point smoothie here. Never again.

Back to business a usual. After addressing concerns the smoothies have been tasting a lot better for about 2 weeks. Went back there yesterday 8-27-24 and order two smoothies. The first one was watered down and I had them make over. The second one was for my son and he when he tasted it he said it was also watered down but I didn’t have them remake since it was later in the day. These worker just don’t care about what they are serving to the public. This location needs a major overhaul.

I ordered a bowl with peanut butter added. They put chipotle sauce or something on it. I’m so nauseous now after I ate some of it ???
I called for a refund and they said I’d have to come back into the store to get a refund. I live like 30 minutes away from the location I picked up from

Walked in and wasn't greeted. After waiting at the counter the gentleman came to help me and then went back to finish a conversation with his coworker. Came back and no greeting, no thank you, nothing. Had to ask for my chips or he would have forgot. Lack of respect, integrity, and appreciation. I'll be driving elsewhere for a smoothie.

I always come to this location but it's usually through the drive thru. This particular location has a great drive thru and front house team. However I had to wait 30 minutes for something else I ordered because the back of the house (cooks, acai bowl, and sandwich maker) staff completely ignored the rest of my order.

Thankfully I don't live that close by, but after seeing that there was a smoothie served with glass in it to a grandmother and her 3 year old grandchild is horrendous. As of now everyone knows it was handled very unprofessionally, and lives were put at risk. I have young children also, and I'm appalled that there wasn't more done about this incident by owners or management. As of now, that I'm aware of, there has been some contact with corporate about this incident and hopefully this will go on news outlets, and be looked into better before another life is possibly endangered by these unsafe conditions for any kind of food/beverage shop. Please do something about this, and make this better. This should of never happened, and it needs to be found out about immediately.

Yeah they’ve clearly dealt with a situation regarding negligence before. There should be a heavy lawsuit regarding the glass found in a child’s smoothie just a couple days ago. A damn shame.
