The service is top tier at this location. I ordered ahead on the mobile app one day, as I usually do, and they happened to be out of something I wanted. They took the time to call me and let me know ahead of time and even offered me alternatives. Great staff and location.

I just went and ordered two smoothie acai berry boost and a pomegranate plunge...I took two sips of my acai and my stomach instantly turned. It tasted sour or like there was liquor in it or something. I took the top off and smelled straight sour. I ordered right before it closed and didn't taste it til I was halfway home so it was too late to turn around. Got home and my partner started drinking his and he said it tasted funny as well. Opened the top it wasn't as pungent as the acai but it still had that sour smell. Definitely will be taking these right back in the morning. Be careful getting food from here, clearly from other reviews that I just now read, this isn't a rare thing to sell rotten food.

Smoothie was awful. It was bland and tasted plain.

Mobile ordered: my acia bowl was old. My fruits especially the strawberries were melted, smell, discolored, not sure when they start using blueberries/liquid, normally I get fresh blue berries, my bananas was half brown, the acia itself was melted, it was not fresh! I ordered plenty of times but never from this location. Disappointed. The cheese quesadilla for kids was hard, & the kids smoothie was watery! My 2 year old did not eat it lol! What a waste of money. Is this how you guys handle food and serve safe? Pregnant women don’t eat here!!

Wish I could go negative stars. My wait time was HORRIBLE 25 minutes for 2 smoothies and a chicken and cheese quesadilla. The counter was filthy. Some one from behind the wall was screaming whyyyyy are my lines are so long... but didn't help with the lines. Our smoothies tasted watered down. The quesadilla didn't have the chicken on it. I will NEVER come back to this location. It's ran by all kids with no guidance

Lack of service they say gone call they have wait for 2 hours on the phone and also 2 weeks to reach back out . And the inside is nasty.

This location has completely fell off lately I’m not sure if it’s a change In Ownership/management but this place is poorly ran. Most of the staff are inexperienced kids attitudes are horrible, for a week straight They didn’t have any utensils, or didn’t have ingredients and just kept saying that their truck didn’t come as if that has anything to do with the customer after I order my food and y’all tell me you’ll don’t have bags, or forks, or chips, completely unacceptable. Not to mention the poor portion size the gave me. Wish I could give 0 stars

This location needs to be shut down. There are multiple reports of glass or broken plastic being found inside of smoothies. It is unclear whether these attacks were racially motivated, but how someone accidentally puts plastic/glass in a smoothie on more than one occasion seems highly suspect. Please stay safe and order from some place else. This location needs to be investigated before someone get seriously harmed!

This place needs to be highly investigated in closed down a petition needs to be petition in the city for this particular tropical smoothie to be investigated two grandparents has found broken glass in their children's smoothies and there is no legitimate explanation of why please do not purchase anything at this tropical smoothies make your own!!!
