Over all the hall and food was great. The owner needs a class on how to talk to people he was very rude for no damn reason.

The venue is very nice and the staff and food was great. The owner is very strict about things. My aunt anniversary was just here and the owner complained about everything. You couldn’t bring book bags in. He watched the guest on cameras in the guest outside. They were in their cars were told they couldn’t come back in establishment. There was no smoking allowed in the establishment so of course you had to go outside in your car. He even ended her party a hour early and called the police like we were trespassing. Smh. His management skills need to be a bit better.
The Truth Venue was such a beautiful place. The owner and staff gave us excellent service. We rented it for a wedding reception. The hall come with table and chair covers, glasses and napkins (Colors) and the Food!!!!

I called Truth venue and I wanted information about the venue in Southfield. I was asked what type of event. I explained it was for a 13 year old birthday party. The gentleman immediately stated he doesn’t do parties that small. He never asked me how many guests. The amount of guests was120. I am very disappointed. He never took the time to find out any info. This was very unprofessional. If this is the type of customer service they are offering over the phone, I don’t think their services are any better.
