Guts are all torn up and aching for 12 hours amd still going the day after after eating here yesterday. Wife os fine and we had exact same food all day except I stopped here for 2 junior cheese burgers at 2pm.

I am writing to formally report an unacceptable customer service experience I had at your Wendyâs location at 24999 Norristown Highway in Southfield, Michigan.
I placed an order for a Chicken B.L.T. without tomato. When the cashier, whose name I later found out was Laura, responded to my order, I couldnât clearly hear her, so I politely asked, âExcuse me?â She repeated herselfâbut this time, she raised her voice and did so in a rude and sarcastic tone.
She then asked what kind of sauce I wanted, and when I responded âbarbecue,â she again repeated the question in a condescending manner. Her tone was unprofessional, and her attitude throughout the entire interaction was disrespectful and unnecessary. When she asked for my drink order, she maintained that same rude demeanor, making what should have been a simple transaction uncomfortable and unpleasant.
I calmly asked to speak to the manager and shared that Laura was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I made it clear that I intended to report this behavior to both corporate and the appropriate district or regional manager.
It is incredibly frustrating to experience such poor service, especially when I was nothing but polite throughout the exchange. Consumers should not have to tolerate being treated this wayâespecially when we are paying for a service. Poor customer service should never be the standard, and it is unacceptable for any employee to behave this way toward customers.
I hope this issue is addressed accordingly. I would not recommend this location to others based on this experience alone.
