This is my 2nd time trying this Wendy's and the food was Nasty. Buyer Beware! The bread is always old and hard, where I have to pull the bread off in order to eat itđŸ˜”â€đŸ’«. I have always gone in the day time when everything should be fresh. I also received old, hard, over cooked fries. This will make me continue to not order fast food. #SuchADisappointment!

I’ve stop here often at the request of my granddaughter who requests a kids meal with jr. frosty. Today will be the last time I come to this Wendy’s. The window cashier was so so rude because there was an error in the order which I asked to be fixed. She huffed and puffed and acted as if I had asked for the moon. It wasn’t that serious for her to react so inappropriately. I ordered a vanilla frosty but she gave me a chocolate one. I asked for the correct frosty which caused her to become so rude. This wasn’t the only time I was treated rudely at this Wendy’s. I expect good customer service in a service industry. Please train your employees otherwise others customers may not come to Wendys. I know I won’t be back and will probably go to McDonalds instead.

Drive -Thru was busy. The young lady took the order I had to repeat it a couple of times. We got to the window she gave the total without looking at me just held out her hand. I said hello how is your day going, no response. Paid and got the order. No sauce, no ketchup, 3 napkins, everything was lukewarm. After getting what we needed we left. I may or may not go back. They are usually good about making sure everything is in the bag. The price was reasonable to feed three people. Overall I think the young lady was having a bad day. We ordered the bacon double stack biggy bag with honey mustard and a lemonade no ice, they put ice in it anyway and had to remove it, I also ordered a large chili, and a chicken nugget kids meal. From looking in from my car I saw no one who looked like they wanted to be there.

The general manager took my order at the drive through window and was very rude and her service was disgusting. She didn’t have my complete order and when I told her that it wasn’t my full order she had written down she tried to say that it was my order and got mad because I continuously said that it wasn’t. When I got my order I was missing a medium fry and none of the sauces I asked for were in the bag. I will never order from this wendy’s again, just unnecessarily rude and impatient.

Everything was nasty and dry nothing made right will not go again for breakfast just a waste of my money highly disappointed cause I was the only one in line so their was no need to rush my food and if you dont have something that suppose to go on sandwich make it known

Luxury Chaos

I came to this Wendy’s specifically to try the new Charged Lemonade and placed a mobile order ahead of time. After waiting in line and pulling all the way up to the window, I was only then told they don’t even have the drink available. On top of that, I had to drive all the way out to the suburbs to get the drink elsewhere and pay again, since I wasn’t sure if my original order ever canceled. Very frustrating and a waste of time. The mobile ordering system needs to be updated so customers aren’t misled.

Wow! This light skinned manager is always arguing with people. She always adding extra words in conflict instead of saying saying less. This is ridiculous. I'm afraid something bad is going to happen one day. I hope not.

I was doing a pick up with Uber Eats today 07/29/25 and I just observed the Non Professional behavior and attitude of the Female Manager it was disgusting. She cursed at the customers talked to them like they were her children told them y’all don’t even kno your names. She told the customers I’m not making this order again. Just loud and disrespectful to where an elderly couple came in and said naw we’re going somewhere else we don’t want any food from here. If I was a Video person I definitely would’ve made her viral. She needs a class in customer service. I definitely won’t be back
