Drive -Thru was busy. The young lady took the order I had to repeat it a couple of times. We got to the window she gave the total without looking at me just held out her hand. I said hello how is your day going, no response. Paid and got the order. No sauce, no ketchup, 3 napkins, everything was lukewarm. After getting what we needed we left. I may or may not go back. They are usually good about making sure everything is in the bag. The price was reasonable to feed three people....
Honestly this is the best fast food restaurant in the area! They always give great customer service and my food is always made right. There is a bit of a wait sometimes but I think they’re just understaffed so I’m not mad about it. I would go here and wait 10 times before I go to the McDonald’s across the street! Keep up the good work y’all! ❤️
After my grandson's 8th grade graduation, (a District Honor Student) he wanted to go to Wendys to sit down and eat, so his grandmother on his dad's side, myself, his brother and his mom and dad, sat down and ate with him at Wendys, the food was delicious. The staff was pleasant and kind. This Wendy's have been around along time, when my adult children were kids and their food is still as fresh as it was 30 years ago. Thank you for making my grandson's outing...
