I’m VERY upset.!! I went inside to order my food. The guy told me he had to grab the manager cause the cashier was on break. So the manager “Mary” came to take my order. I “specifically” told her NO ketchup because I’m allergic to red dye. I get all the way to work and my sandwich is full of ketchup. Like what if I bit into the sandwich before looking, and my lungs started to close. I’m sure nobody cares. I’m just highly irritated.

Every time I go here, they always forget food, and if they manage to get the order right the food is always old, and I swear they must be lacking some sort of hand-eye coordination skills because my burger was half way off the bun and the cheese half way off the burger then there must’ve been a different person putting the toppings on and they got coordination skills and they are stingy asf. Both pieces of my old bacon were stacked on top of each along with the old ahh tomato and the old ah lettuce and it was topped with a stale ass bun btw my order didn’t even take that long to get done so they must just have stuff sitting out in there waiting for seemingly hours

Some old short lady that should be retired at her age was being mad rude and un patient after I told her I was not getting nun multiple times, then gonna tell me don’t waste her time again when I didn’t hold no costumers up or nun n told them to cancel my order. N I was even trying to work there remind you I’m only 17??.

I was a drive Thru customer, wait a substantial amount of time to even order. When I arrive at the window to pay, they did not remember my order, retook it. Following this I noticed they asked several cars to pull over and park. They also asked me to do the same. After 20 plus minutes of waiting. I could see they that they were finally giving orders to other drive through customers at the point of ordering. A noticed others that were sitting received their order and left. I however, was still waiting. I finally decided to go in and ask if they had forgotten about me. A young lady mentioned it to the others. No apologies given just asking again what the order was. I waited and waited. Was not loud rude disrespectful. The service was completely poor. I do not recommend. I waited over 45 minutes. With all due respect, Anyone working the shift Sunday August 11 around 1:50pm definitely needs better training on customer service and food services in general. I had to ask twice about an update on my order. I hope management considers this because it was completely unacceptable.

As I wait in the lot with 4 other cars as I was instructed I'm watching countless cars leave an I'm reminded how terrible those location is, pissed my money is already paid my bad cars now, I will no longer choose convience of location again this place is bad bad replace the staff immediately

After going inside to wait another 10min I was given old nuggets for me an my kid another 10min wait please replace the staff

I placed an order on Door Dash and decided to pick it up directly. Upon arriving, I had the absolute displeasure of being spoken to by whom I believe to be the most disrespectful and belligerent person I have ever dealt with in my life. I don’t know her name as she did not wear a name tag. She told me that there was no order with my name and immediately closed the window and walked away. I stayed at the window due to having questions regarding my order which was still on my Door Dash screen as ready for pick up. She returned saying nothing and having a very displeased look on her face as if I was wasting her time. I tried to confirm the address of the location and she turned her screen to me and told me that she said there’s no order under my name. I asked her to check again as I confirmed the location with the Door Dash map. She angrily barked that she had already told me three times that they didn’t have it. I proceeded to leave and request a refund from Door Dash (which I received). I will NEVER come back to this Wendy’s again and will definitely second guess patronizing any other Wendy’s going forward if this is the level of customer service that this corporation allows. I discourage anyone from coming to location as there is zero chance that you will treated with any respect no matter what kind of respect you show the workers.
