This Wendy’s made me avoid Wendy’s for a long time. I was reminded today why that was. Not only are the wait times very very long, the quality of the food is awful, and the employees will argue that you didn’t order something even when you have a receipt to show that you did. Are they trying to keep the food for themselves? If you really like Wendy’s, avoid this one.

The staff here were genuinely kind and thoughtful. I ordered a burger without the bun since I am cutting down on carbs and asked for utensils. To my surprise, they arranged everything so neatly between the lettuce and meat instead of tossing it into a box like most places do. Such a small detail, yet it showed real care. I ended up not even needing the utensils. Really appreciated the effort and will definitely return!

Inside is closed at 6pm. Management was VERY rude to an elder man. He walked up to the drive thru, wanting to know why inside was closed, cause he wanted to place an order. Manager rudely said inside is closed but wouldn’t say why. If he’s walking, n the inside is closed. He’s supposed to order HOW again. It’s not what u say, but how u say it.

Absolutely horrible experience. $21 order took 15 minutes. Watched 6 orders get food before me who ordered after me…I had to go in myself and ask about my food. Then I get told it’s because they drop the tenders fresh and that takes 6 minutes. I tell them I’ve been waiting in my car for 15 minutes and had to check on my food myself…everyone simply walked away from me. Horrible….they have people pull ahead of and back behind the pole to try to keep their times down. How about we just take of people in order instead of trying to beat the system because then people get skipped. And the lack of care about people’s experience is discouraging.

The Manager, on morning shift attitude is very nasty at store # 1005 I came here on a Friday August 29, 2025 and the same women had an attitude the first time I came to this location she told me to download the app and I could get a free 10 piece nugget but then suggested I need to learn how to read and be more tech savvy. Little did she know I work very well with technology and just didn’t really go to Wendy’s on the regular. I checked her about it in a professional way and told her she should choose a better choice of words when you talk to people then today Me and my friend came into Wendy’s 9/2/25 at 10:05 she rushed to tell my friend you have to order or leave the restaurant she while he was sitting down little did she know I was treating him to breakfast I was also in the bathroom and heard here from the men’s restroom I assume she was mad from the last encounter we had and it wasn’t even that serious anyway we ordered our food and the manager didn’t say nothing else. I am very upset and the area directors or the boss who is over her needs to talk to her immediately! At Wendy’s store number 1005 20066 on 8 mile rd that’s how people get hurt not that I would do that but if I was in my younger days I would have snatch her from behind that counter! Her attitude was horrible and she talks to people like they are her child or like we know each other. Anyway I urged the higher ups to talk to this women quickly or someone will hurt her these are very hard times and with the crisis the world is in she needs to be professional not saying she should let ppl walk over her but she’s to aggressive and mean.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I visited Wendy’s recently, and while I wasn’t expecting luxury service, the staff’s attitude was completely unacceptable. The women working the counter were grown adults, yet they behaved with unnecessary rudeness and hostility. They had nasty attitudes, were unaccommodating, and made the whole interaction feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there.

Basic customer service like being polite, listening, and communicating isn’t a lot to ask. Fast food is supposed to be fast and simple, not stressful. It’s disappointing when grown employees treat customers like a problem instead of doing the job they’re being paid to do.

I hope management sees this and reminds their staff that courtesy still matters.

Yall are so weird I went up there and the door was locked. Every time I come up there the inside is locked and the drive through door wasn’t even open. The people in there was just looking at me, it’s not even the 4th of July yet why are yall closed that don’t make any sense. Yall act so boujee up there. FOR ALL THE PEOPLE WHO IS SEEING THIS DONT GO HERE!
