On Monday night 3/11/24 I was cursed out in the drive through at 11:40 pm. The lady asked me the same question 4 times so I increased my volume of my voice so they could hear. The lady screamed at me to stop yelling and she was already having a bad day! All of this was caught on my dash camera. I will be posting this incident to you tube. Very unprofessional at the 8 mile and Evergreen location!

I went to get some before this new pricing because I will not be going anymore. Then anytime you do go the scanner never works so you can't use your coupons it's just sad the food was just slapped together just doesn't care.

I understand that fast food is a choice right now. If I'm choosing to spend money with Wendy's I would expect their team not to be hostile as soon as I pull up. I asked if they were doing lunch yet and the young lady at the window must have just had a really negative experience because her answer was seasoned with her attitude (hard exhale, smacked lips, screechy voice) and after being told they were out of three of the items we wanted we just pulled off. I would hate for my food to get any extra salt or what have you because she was having a bad day....
