There was no soap dispenser in the men’s bathroom or any other alternative. Got an awkward glimpse of an employee sitting on the toilet though. Not sure how he washed his hands after. Felt disgusted after that and left.

Don't even bother wasting your time. I'm used to seeing the drive-thru with a line of cars, and when you get to the speaker after, not even joking, 20 minutes, they don't acknowledge your existence for another 5 minutes. I left the drive-thru today after 20 minutes of waiting in line, because it's the exact same deal for every car. You can drive over to Woodward and hit up any other drive-thru restaurant instead, and back, in LESS time in takes you to get your order here. Staff is almost always legitimately bothered to help you. And why are you making people wait at the pay window? It's weird and awkward. I come from retail and food service, and this is embarrassing to see. Never going back.

Always have a confrontation with an employee just give you anything the way they want to give it to you after high school 6thyou get cold food try to be cold sandwich be cold red be dry and then they talk to you any kind of way about how you want your food and then tell you you can go somewhere else staff is very disrespectful
Dietary restrictions: Always say no pickles and food hot and that doesn't happen they just do what they want he said no ketchup and no mustard you want a certain type of cheese that last day they don't have it you're telling that you want certain type of bread they don't have it it's always something

This location is the worse location ever. Every time I come to this location, the food is never fresh. The fries were cold and hard and the nuggets taste like rubber. Even when you ask them for fresh food they still fail at this. We ordered spicy nugget combo and a chicken sandwich. All the items were cold but the pop was good. This location needs to truly do better.

This place is pretty slow, which was one thing. Today was my last time as a customer though as I got 2 kids meals with apple slices, got he, and found both were rotted and fermenting. Not worth the risk of food poisoning.
