It's half cooked and the tortilla is not even heated and coming to chicken it's spoiled this is not first time they did. Wendy's used to be my favorite but this telegraph road location store's service is very worst. And the food they gave is spoiled. From next time I can go 10 miles more rather than going there. Even the fries are burnt, they look dark black more than the popcorn. I think within 2 hrs the fungus will form to this food.

This place is so ghetto. There is no order, the lady who takes orders was sitting down in the waiting area while we waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order AND while her colleges where looking for her. Then they charged me more than what was advertised for frosties, everything is just in unorderly around here. we’ve been waiting for an hour for dimple orders….

Was told location is closed unless it's a door dash order. I guess doordash's customers are more important than Wendy's customers.
This is the kind of food you recieve from this Wendy’s location. They care nothing about the quality food you recieve, their just in a rush to get you in and out. Ordered a crispy chicken blt and received a regular crispy chicken. The chicken is raw and not even cooked it’s not edible. The fries have obviously been re-dropped and are burnt.

This is ridiculous a 10-dollar chicken sandwich and I get one tiny little piece of lettuce hardly any sauce and a chicken patty that ain't even that good y'all need to lower your prices or start providing better food with better portion sizes

Please close this location. That or either hire responsible adults that want to work. I had to repeat my order several times, only to go to the window and be asked to hold on for about three minutes and then be asked what my order was again. Then in true fashion, no thank you or anything. Get to the next window and noticed I had spicy nuggets instead of original only to find out “that’s all we have” would’ve been nice to know when I was ordering!! Save yourself the frustration and go down the street to the Wendy’s off 12 mile and Telegraph. They are much more efficient.
