Downgraded my review. Flavors of pop usually are out of stock. Wasn't given a straw for my drink and none on stand. Wasn't given a spoon for my Frosty and none on stand. Had to repeat myself several times as employee didn't remove their ear buds. Employee called another employee to wait on me instead of seeing what help they could give me. They artempted to give me two orders of other people instead of my order. Pop was about two inches empty at the top of the cup. Floors were wet, not damp but wet. No one there seemed to care anything about customer service.Issues with Wendy's app. Chilli isn't always at a proper temperature.

Was the only car in line, took a while for my food. I ordered a Dave Double and was given a single. Not to others check your food before pulling off and get a receipt.

Approximately 10 minutes from order to delivery at 12:45 pm on a weekday, reasonable considering the fairly large crowd in-store and drive thru. The counter staff was courteous and helpful. Great chili, lots of crackers and hot sauce. The dining room could have been cleaner; the tables had all been wiped down with water that was not so fresh. The restrooms were a bit cleaner than average for a fast food restaurant. This location is convenient and better than many other options in the immediate area.

Been here a few times I stop here on my way home from work each time I stop they forgot to put cheese on my sandwich. 3rd time they forgot to put my sandwich in the bag.

This was horrible fast food experience I felt like I was gonna get assaulted because I ordered a large order. My order was taken wrong even though I repeated it 3 times, I told this to the cashier Brian, and he said it already been taken and made. The rest of the crew gave me the stare down, the only greeting came from the lady on the shift. I ask for hot food and the cashier Brian said it would be when I received the food it had old stale fries, when I address this concern I was told I could get a refund, I quickly agreed and he Changed his mind and said he would drop some fresh fries, let me remind you I expressed to the cashier my power was out so I needed hot fresh food. Bad customer service and hostile demeanor I will not eat at another Wendy’s again because of this, and I will not recommend it to anyone neither.

Ordered one dbl stack only ketchup and mustard and a jr fry.The sandwich had pickles anyway and definitely not a drop of mustard when it should have been a w of mustard.Fries were hot enough but half were burnt bottom of fry basket we not dropping fresh fries for drive thru.Do I want a combo? No! Just like the summer time, when I get my food fast at Wendy's it's because they bagged up a mistake instead of made by order.

I purchased 2 bacon adorable meals and they charged me $29 dollars! The meals are $12.49 a piece! I asked the cashier for my receipt. She said they would give it to me at the next window! They didn't! My French fries were hard, tasted like they were old! My bacon My burger was burnt! It was black! There no Lettuce or tomatoes on the burger, only meat and cheese!Everytime I go to this location the food is bad!

It was ok food as always good. It just took them awhile to acknowledge me at the counter. I know yall busy but be respectful to the customer and let them know you will be with them in a moment. I have done retail/ customer service job for over 20 years various jobs and it's all the same.

Credit card information stolen on 11/11/23 by a lady that was at work around 12pm. She made a purchase of $95 on SHEINI called this Wendy’s on 11/12/2023. And I spoke with the lady that actually did it and she is a young woman that act like she didn’t know what SHEIN was. She stole my card numbers. Do not go here if you want your card information stolen

I ordered four large Chili's they were not filled so I took one of them and filled all of them to the top and ended up with three chilies and one empty one. I then showed it to the manager and she told me that the reason I had one empty chili although I paid for 4 was because they don't fill their Chili's up they only fill them to a line I asked her to show me where the line was but there was not one there I will never go there again!
