My wife was assaulted at wingstop by the store manager. Mr. Clevelan. Police were called a report was made.. The video is currently being obtained by police..
And she's pressing charges.
I contacted wingstop told them what happened on March 1st and they said it takes 3-5 five days to investigate..
He still works there like nothing happened can you believe it.
I believe he should have been let go immediately by the company.

The food was horrible. The wings were tough and hard to chew and the fries were dark droopy and full of grease. I bought 30 wings and large fries and could only bear to eat some of one of them. I will never go back.

Very disappointing. Ordered online for delivery. Forgot 1 of our orders and didn't give us any of our sauces or dipping sauces. Called and was told we could come and pick it up. Totally defeated the purpose of paying for delivery. Nothing complimentary was offered due to their mistake.

This location has been a major disappointment several times. I received an undercooked order twice. I paid additional and requested all flats and they constantly say “the flat limit” has been reached. Each time I try to call in for an order they tell me walk in or online only. Instead of continuing in disappointment I decided to find another location. I have gotten food poisoning twice in two weeks with this specific location. I wasn’t sure it was this location until the second time it happened and I was sick well over a week. Unfortunately staff is not helpful at all not rude just not helpful and so disconnected that it’s no point of raising the issue. I was told to bring my wings in for replacement which it’s no problem but the order still was not replaced or corrected. I hope things take a turn and someone steps in to bring this location up to a higher standard

I placed my order at 5 pm for a same day 7:30 pm pick up. I arrived at 7:31 only to realize they haven’t started with my order. I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my order going. It was very disappointing. And no apology from any of the crew team there. And the bone-in chicken wings were not well cooked.

Just all around slow will wait 30 mins for a 3 piece chicken strip. Staff always have there phones out. I placed an order at 11am yet I’m still waiting but who ever brought they kid to work got his food right away. Yet mine haven’t been started at 11:15. New management and crew need to come shape this place together. This is also not my first time waiting this long at this location.

Have anyone ever heard of such: I placed an order for 10 classic wings, ALL flats, well done on Thursday, December 12, 2024. I paid an up charge for requesting flats. I went to warm up my wings on my break and saw that I DID NOT have all flats. I contacted the store and a young lady asked me if I had eaten any of it, my answer was no. Then she said for me to bring them back to the restaurant. I informed her that I work on the far east side of Detroit, I was at work, that I work the night shift and would not be able to bring them back. So I'm like, are you saying that I'm going to have to walk around with this chicken until I'm able to return them and she said yes 🤦🏾‍♀️. Now how asinine is this‼️ I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS EVER! I was the one who paid my money and did not get what I asked for. Not to mention, after warming up my food it wasn't even edible because they overcooked them. I have no intention of going back and I plan to tell all of my friends, family, and associates to NOT go to that location‼️‼️

So.. we ordered food online and then called to verify. I asked the name when I went in. They gave me a cup and said to wit a few minutes. After 1 hour i was told they already gave me the food. They said to my friend that I took it and left. Well.. now I'm an hour late to my office and have lower self esteem. No apologies just looking at me like I'm some kind of "opponent". No discount. No free anything. We were told they will "do this for us" this one time. Take responsibilty when you mess up. None of my friends are eaing here.

I visited this location on 11/17/2024. Horrible service. The staff were talking and playing too much. The wait was unreasonably long. Ghetto and very disorganized!!!!! Moreover, the lobby is filthy.
