Had a big online glitch because my order looked like it did not go through but it did. Did not realize food was going to be delivered from this location and had already ordered elsewhere because of online issue. It was a sincere mix up and they cancelled my order graciously at a very late timeframe. Very appreciated and good staff/customer service

I placed my order at 5 pm for a same day 7:30 pm pick up. I arrived at 7:31 only to realize they haven’t started with my order. I had to wait more than 15 minutes to get my order going. It was very disappointing. And no apology from any of the crew team there. And the bone-in chicken wings were not well cooked.

They forgot how to make the shit on there menu for 1 2 they didn't listen to me when I placed my order and acted like they got it correct there only saving grace is because the seasoning was amazing which speaks more to the food chain as a whole then the location my advice if you're feeling wing stop go to a different one
