Ate lunch here on a 13 degree weather day. It was delicious. I chose the Rustic Vegetable and Bean soup. It was delicious. There were lots of soup choices. They all looked and smelled delicious, sadly could only pick one! They have sandwiches as well but I only chose soup. It was rich, hearty, and flavorful....and tasted homemade. The prices were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and kind.

First time at Zoup! Southfield and I left full and grateful. I tried the Pick Two combo—soup and sandwich—and they surprised me with a free drink just for being new. Even better? Businesses can drop a card in their raffle bowl, and if picked, Zoup! will cater lunch for 10 at your business. Warm food, warm vibes, and a little love for the community. I’ll be back.

I NEVER REALLY SEE ONE OF MY FAVORITE SOUPS ..TODAY I SAW MY CURRY THAI CHICKEN...I IMMEDIATELY ORDERED IT ONLY TO OPEN IT AND BE DISAPPOINTED...USUALLY ITS GOOD..NOT TODAY..IT WAS SOOOO WATERED DOWN YOU COULD BARELY TASTE THE FLAVOR AND LITERALLY BARELY ANY INGREDIENTS..I AM SHOCKED...A WASTE OF $16..I WAS ON LUNCH SO I GUESS ITS A LOSS SMH...

What a very nice place ! They were sooo nice. I ordered got it really quick set it down went to restroom came out picked up wrong bag. I called and they were closed but answered the phone told me come back we will be here a min. I went back and they more than pleased to give me the correct bag. I cannot thank them enough!

I stopped in for lunch hoping to get a bowl of vegetable soup. Unfortunately, their vegetable soup had beef stock, so I wasn't able to get that. The only vegetarian options they had both were tomato and looked like pasta sauce rather than soup. I am not a vegetarian, so I asked if they had chicken noodle and they did. I ordered a bowl of that, to my surprise being a few cents shy of $10.00. That is a lot for a bowl of soup. However, if it had been good I probably wouldn't say anything about the price. But, quite frankly, it was some of the worst chicken noodle I have ever had. They put dill in it, which threw off the smell and flavor. Dill really does not belong in chicken noodle soup. Lemon rice usually has dill and it compliments the lemon, but this chicken noodle soup was pretty awful. I forced myself to eat it because I was on my lunch break and didn't have time to get something else. The young woman who served me was kind and tried to accomodate.
I suppose the moral of my review is...
If you like a traditional chicken noodle, DO NOT go here. You will be disappointed 😞

I just placed a walk-in order and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Customers service top tier. The food was absolutely fresh and hot.
I wish I got the girl name at the counter 5/7 around 6pm but she was so nice. Good customer service is rare and I was so happy to talk about my experience.

The chicken bacon ranch flatbread was amazing. The lobster bisque could have been better, but I should have tasted it before I tried the flatbread. That may have thrown the flavor off.

Took the family in for dinner earlier this evening. Food was great service was great and the manager Deanna was over the top. She was great with my picky kids and my want it all wife. 10 out of 10 the only thing that could have made my trip better was an ice cold beer!

Deanna is a great manager She handles multitasking great. She helped us & juggled other customers. The food was good and she handled everything great. I’ll definitely be coming back if it wasn’t for her I don’t think it would have been such an easy first time try. Thanks Deanna!
