I have been going here for years. I usually get the same 3 soups today I wanted to be different but I wanted to try it before I spent 17.00 on a soup that is not cheap and if I didn’t like it that would have sucked they would not even let me get a little taste. Needless to say I went somewhere else for the day. If it wasn’t so expensive I would have taken a chance.

Owner Tanisha is rude wouldn’t give me my refund after they overcharged me and argued me back and forth terrible owner terrible establishment terrible soup as well looks like it’s all been sitting all night and I arrived into the store when they just opened they were reheating old soup as I walked in to serve to the community

You guys told me to reach out to you guys through email or phone number I sent email and called twice and got sent to voicemail and left a voicemail

Confused why this location is always closing early. Came to grab a pick up order and doors were closed at 7:40 when they don’t close until 8??? And the workers did not come to the door.

I ordered lobster bisque and the wreck, I was very disappointed the soup was disgusting, it was tasteless, colorless and very thick & lumpy I couldn’t eat it at all. The sandwich was good but made and wrapped very sloppy . I used to enjoy Zoup this is not that for sure , don’t intend to eat here again

Pros: The food is delicious. The menu has been updated.

Cons: The self-service kiosk feels impersonal and is hard to use. The reward program is not worth signing up for. There were 5 people working, and the service was still mediocre.

The chicken pot pie soup never fails me! Omg it's super good! I also ordered the chicken tortilla soup, but guess what? They didn't put my tortillas in the bag, so I didn't even eat the soup. That's my favorite part of the soup, just like the crust sprinkles are my favorite part of the chicken pot pie soup. If the crust wasn't in the bag, I wouldn't have eaten the chicken pot pie either. Luckily, it was because it was delicious! The only reason I took 1 star away is because of the missing tortillas! 😕 sorry! Great place, though! :)

I really like the new southwest turkey sandwich. Did the pick 2 with it and the fiesta chicken salad and it was more than enough food and delicious.

Slowest dang service ever. Three of them either standing around or moving super slow. This is not good service.

Worst experience I’ve had so far at this chain. The two ladies working the counter are beyond disgusting, eating food while taking orders… extremely unsanitary & poor customer service
