Cons: The self-service kiosk feels impersonal and is hard to use. The reward program is not worth signing up for. There were 5 people working, and the service was still mediocre.

The chicken pot pie soup never fails me! Omg it's super good! I also ordered the chicken tortilla soup, but guess what? They didn't put my tortillas in the bag, so I didn't even eat the soup. That's my favorite part of the soup, just like the crust sprinkles are my favorite part of the chicken pot pie soup. If the crust wasn't in the bag, I wouldn't have eaten the chicken pot pie either. The staff was nice. The soup was okay, I ordered the chicken pit pie soup, and it was a little salty to me. If you ever go to Pot Belly, try their version. In my opinion, it's way better. My daughter got the kids' meal, which came with 8oz soup, a bag of gold fish, and a juice box for like 7 dollars. She enjoyed the soup, I tasted it it was pretty good.
