We love supporting other local businesses and ordered lunch from Amigos for the first time today. We ordered chicken tacos, rice and chips and they were fantastic. The chicken tacos came with little lime wedges and we have never had chicken tacos that way before, but wow! Everything was amazing. The salsa tasted so fresh. Would definitely recommend and will order from again. Thank you so much!

Love the Sterling Heights location, after moving Downriver I was excited for this location. Menu lacked but the food was always fresh and great. The last time we were in a couple wks ago the food was not great, tacos lacking meat and the nachos missing ingredients. We gave it a try again tonight hoping it was just an off day but this must be the new norm. Nachos missing spicy ranch and queso everything was soggy and barely warm. Carnita taco dinner rice and beans cold and tacos again barely any meat. Tacos used to be loaded and so fresh, now they are so dry and bland. Asked for extra limes to get zero limes. So disappointing for a place we love so much! Over $30 for 2 meals just to be wasted. Not sure what changed but sadly we wont be back!
I'm sorry but this place was one of the worst food and experience I've ever been to. Do not waste you time eating here.

So I got a few things to try . Pork Tamale which was okay , I thought it was over spicy but others with me thought it was just tangy . They agree Evies is the best hands down. Birria tacos with beans and rice ..not for me ..I think i like the Birria quesadilla from down the street the best but the Birria tacos here had some flavor just not packed with it compared to other places. Steak quesadilla very dry minus peppers only from it but it came with no onions too , so it was just dry steak and very little cheese, no other toppings that you would get at other places. The rice was just okay and the refried beans did have a flavor to them that I have never tasted before in beans but I can’t pin point it. I got brave and ordered tiramisu which is an Italian dessert and this is primarily a Mexican restaurant so I was already iffy if it would be good, the piece was still frozen giving me the thought that they probably don’t make it and buy it from GFS or something like that but not sure . Overall I probably wouldn’t go back here ! Angelina‘s across the street is 10 times better to me and they aren’t the best either that I feel there is around here.

I've never been but I'm bringing the family just to show support for Jose.🙏🐑🦁🇺🇲🕊
The food was amazing, everything was made to order, and didn't take long! The BEST cinnamon sugar Churro's. The customer service was great. I will definitely be back😋
Best nachos I've ever had. Delicious!

Didn't care for the Tacos. Awfully expensive as well. 3 tacos and a quesadilla was very bland.

In my family's opinion, it's mediocre. Nothing outstanding about it. I was hoping to be wow'd since it is relatively new, but it's just okay.

Please avoid, first of all the woman at the front was a little condescending, I’m asking for tacos al pastor my mom doesn’t speak that loud(and English is her second language so she’s correctly pronouncing in spanish al pastor) so when it was her turn, she decided to make fun of her and said “are you talking to me or to the dust” and a couple other annoyingly irrelevant stuff, the woman doesn’t even know the menu and kept asking the workers what’s in the things, not sure if she was owner or manager but the Hispanic people cooking were afraid to speak Spanish in there, the food is good but there’s Mexican food in every corner at this point so no reason to come here again
