Avoid this location and brand at all costs. Loses orders. Horrible customer service. Ordered at 7:20pm. It’s not 11pm and they’re closed with no manager and I never got my order. Rude staff.

It's been over a year since I been here, and I regret choosing this place tonight. Very disappointed with our food. Ordered a family size meal, and for what we paid should have gotten something to at least feed two, but it was a single serve meal. So had to swing through somewhere else on way home to get enough for dinner. I won't be back.

My daughter recommended this place to us we our new customers and we loved how they deliver to our area and the food is great . They also aren’t over priced we also love the delivery service.We would highly recommend this place.

This place is starting to suck call and complain about food told the girl that answered the phone about order being messed up told her I might stop ordering form there her response was that's fine
Food is delicious and ordinarily I'd give this place 5 stars, but whoever was on the phones today was rude enough for me to rate service a 1 star. With all the other pizza places around bad service is enough for me to take my future business elsewhere.

The staff here is completely incompetent.I was there to pick up an order and was told by an employee here that it works be 5 to 7 minutes for the food. 25 minutes pass and a different staff member asks me what order I am waiting on. After telling her what order I am waiting for she brings it out and says sorry no one told me you were here. Literally waited 25 minutes for the food that was ready long before just because the employee was too incompetent to teen their co worker that someone was waiting for that order……..

I have loved Andy’s since moving to the area a few years ago. However, I have never gotten the flavor requested on the crust. Ever. The last few times the pizza has been very bland and not hot at all. The deal breaker for me is the over an hour wait for one pizza to be delivered is crazy to me. I’m not always available to pick it up and I understand the convenience of delivery but that is insane. I’m assuming that’s why my pizza is never hot.

Ordered chicken noodle soup ( it was cold) the soup had no seasoning. Meatball sub was bland no flavor or seasoning. Salads were ok Last time ordering from them ☹️
