I can't remember the waitress name, but was a cool lady, pretty smile, the food was good and plenty of seating was available at the time. I only have a picture of the birthday dessert. It was extra rich, probably would be good to check your sugar levels afterwards if you deal with that. It was pretty good though.

Literally the staff was very disrespectful & that's including the manager!!!! Our bill was 147.00 had 2 gift cards for 75.00$ total then the staff proceeded to act as if we were not going to pay the bill & had 4 again 4 people try to figure out our bill! Then I have no idea who the young man was either a bus boy or greeter whatever his position was but he continued to crawl in the booth behind us & literally said to me in so many words I need to be quiet!! I have ZNEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF SERVICE ANYWHERE IVE EVER BEEN IN MY 58 YEARS OF LIFE!!! HES TRULY LUCKY IM A REGISTERED NURSE & HAVE MORE RESPECT &MORALS THAN HE WILL EVER HAVE!!! HE SHOULD NEVER HAVE SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER IN THAT MANNER!!! AND LITERALLY WAS GIVING THE POOR WAITRESS A 25.00$ TIP BUT LOST THE TIP DUE TO HIS & THE MANAGERS DISRESPECT!!! LET ALONE I EAT THERE OFTEN & WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!! LITERALLY PROMOTE THIS BUSINESS & HAVE THEM PROMOTED AT A VERY WELL ESTABLISHED HOTEL IN SOUTHGATE & NOW WILL REMOVE THERE FLYERS FROM THIS HOTEL & WILL NO LONGER SUGGEST THIS ESTABLISHMENT AS A PLACE TO GO!!! LOSS OF GREAT BUSINESS FROM THIS IHG & A few more!!! I feel bad for the waitress as due to her management she is the one that has to take the loss!!!

Sally at Southgate Applebee’s was absolutely fantastic! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly right, and she checked in just the right amount without being overbearing. Sally’s positive attitude really made the experience enjoyable, and it’s clear she cares about great customer service. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

I went on Dec. 10 last night and had the worst experience ever. Bartender was very rude. Argued about my drink, argued with other customers. Complained the whole night about something that happened earlier. Wouldn’t talk to me, but would only talk to her friends. I will go to other Applebee’s from now on.
Took my fiance that are tonight for dinner we got the two for $25 and I had the new burger with some kind of spices sauce on it and I got to say it was very good
