Went here today after the Movies at MJR the shift manager Charles took our order Our food order came to $33.01.I asked my friend that was with me if she had a penny and she didn't neither did I.Charles the manager took my 40.00 and gave me 6.99 back! I looked at him and said really? for a penny I have to get all that change back? He never responded.Never ever have I ever gotten 99cents back because I didn't have a penny! Usually they just let you slide on a penny I should of cancelled the food order because of the way I was treated!! But I really wanted Arby's. So for one penny you lost 3 customers that will never return!! I will also do the feedback survey on the bottom of my receipt.

Hard Bacon

Every single time I go to this location, there's a 99% chance they forget atleast 1 item for my order. For my recent order, in which I decided to call them, not only did it take them forever to locate my order, but then they lied and said they found my order and that I wasn't charged for it, which I most certainly was. I wasn't able to get a replacement for my missing item in the end, which being Arby's, it was a $4 item. Thanks

employee cameron with the back brace was superr rude and decided it was appropriate to yell how he felt about me to other employees with the window still open, I simply asked him for a regular lemonade and I ended up with the sugar free one and he told me oh I thought you wanted regular but whatever give me a second then he started yelling to other employees about how I asked for regular and now asking for something different even though I never asked for the suger free one. I have it all on dashcam, he was super rude even before I started to tell him what I wanted to order..
