This place is a joke the don’t have the items advertised also basic flavors total failure as an ice cream place the owners should sell it to someone who cares about ice cream and it’s customers .

I went 3 days before my son’s birthday party to order an ice cream cake with a lion’s logo on it. We meet their terms for placing the order. They took my money and then didn’t make the cake. They had nothing but excuses and apologies. They don’t do refunds they wanted us to take a lesser cake because they messed up. My son just wanted a cake. I took it. I got mad. They just keep saying sorry. I will email corporate and the owner to let them know that I don’t appreciate their businesses practices and I will never go there again. For anything. Shame cause I like a lot of there products. Spent a lot of money there. All done now. Oh they made a cake but couldn’t put the logo on it. If they would have said that to begin with I may have been so mouthy. It is still Unacceptable and should have been done right to begin with. Done using this location for anything. They probably don’t even care. Shame how this place handles customers.

I recently went through the drive-thru at this location and was surprised to see no line, which was a plus. I asked about donuts since they weren’t pictured on the menu, but it was hard to choose because I couldn’t see any of them. I decided on a ham and Swiss croissant. I live very close by, so I was able to eat it shortly after getting home. Unfortunately, the croissant was soggy, very small, and only had a single slice of ham inside. For $5, it didn’t feel worth the price. I really do try to support local businesses, but this experience was disappointing. I wasn’t impressed with the quality or value, and I don’t plan to return any time soon.

I was treated very poorly by one of the clerks at this Baskin-Robbins. He was yelling and speaking in an aggressive tone, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing job. I hope management addresses this issue, because no one should be treated this way when simply trying to enjoy ice cream.

This message is solely directed towards the two workers That were working the night shift of November November 2, 2024 a day I truly will never forget that the color of our skin and origin of our ancestry will never matter when we’re truly in need of help because I suffered from bipolar one and was in the midst of a psychosis that almost led to the end of my life, so thank you so very much to the two kind souls that helped bless my life, even though they thought they were just helping a diabetic much love and I hope maybe be able to carry this feeling throughout the rest of your lives and have this message help connect others in times of need and desperation❤️❤️❤️❤️
