First of all, I have never been asked for a tip at any Bigby whether It was drive thru or inside the shop. I ordered my usual caramel cold brew with xtra caramel and three cream. I also order a bagel breakfast sandwich. When I got to the window the woman asked me if I wanted to add a tip and I did.
When I got my coffee, it had no cream and only caramel at the top on the cold foam! The bagel was burnt as well!
I will never go back to that location smh!

Love this location like everything about the service food ect but, I’m buying a 6-7 dollar coffee and a 6-7 dollar bagel and the person at the window looks at me and ask me if I want to put a tip on my card… so now my bagel and coffee just turned into a 20 dollar trip. Tips are for service like at a restaurant or an airport when they check your luggage outside not for someone handing you a cup and a bag. This is why I come here maybe once a month instead of once or twice a week
