I always go to Biggby. ALWAYS. They have the best coffee and, usually, the best staff. I had gone to 2 Biggbys already this day and they both tasted bad. I was hopeful for Allen Park. Not only was the coffee bad, the girl working the drive thru shut the window in my face when I told her to have a good day. Needless to say, will not be returning.

This is the only biggby to ask if you want to leave a tip, yes they know me i come everyday, like my $7 coffee isnt enough to start the morning 🙄🙄, like i genuinely feel harassed for a tip when I come to this specific Biggby!! Back to southfeild I go.

I used to go here frequently, everything was great and the girls were super friendly until they had one too many "no's" on their tip question. In my opinion when you're a single person, the store is not busy and you're ordering a simple coffee, or tea.....Is it really that wrong of me to think a tip is unnecessary in that situation?! I mean it's a coffee shop, I'm ordering 1 coffee. Anyways long story short, all three of the girls' attitudes changed. Now they act "different" and not in a good way. Also not good for business. I went to the Allen Park location the other day and it was very pleasant. I messed up and ordered a large coffee instead of medium on and somehow still ended up paying less than I did this morning for a medium at this location? 🤔 I haven't made a review in a long time but leaving there today I don't like the way I felt. It's been 1 too many times they have acted that way with me. Hopefully it's just a "me" thing and they don't do that with too many other people. Your attitude is unwanted, don't really think it's good for business either, and definitely not a reason to get a tip. They used to be super sweet..... Hopefully they go back to that, do better especially in customer service. Also you have no idea what other people could be going through financially. Acting snooty over a tip on a $3/$6 dollar order for doing your job is absolutely ridiculous. Don't worry I won't be coming back. Hope you girls have a happy holiday and stay blessed.

Food is typically ok here, however the staff is terrible. I’ve came 15 after opening and was ignored in the drive through (but saw the barista inside when I drove past). The baristas here are unfriendly and still will *ask* you for a tip which I find completely unprofessional. It should not be allowed to ask you for a tip. Due to the general attitude here I won’t be returning.

It’s very disappointing to pay almost $15 for a latte and a bagel sandwich that are inedible. My latte was clearly made with old espresso given how bitter it was and my sandwich wasn’t made correctly either. The staff acted inconvenienced when I asked for whip on my iced latte (which has always been on it prior). I absolutely LOVE the Allen Park location, go there instead!

Stopped by randomly when i seen this Coffee Spot I'm an out of towner mind you so i stopped at the first spot i seen, didn't really have any expectations but wow was the service and drink so good I believe Nad was the name the young lady that took care of me if im not mistaken she was very friendly and and patient with me as i didnt know what to get from there and even recommended a drink for me called the Iced Teddy Bear and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! This will definitely be my go to spot every time im in town!
