Have been going here for years. Always had great experience and great sushi. Haven't seen any change since new owners so thats good.highly recommend for high quality tasting sushi on a friendly budget
We took a chance on Black Pine Tree Sushi Bar without seeing a menu online—and it totally paid off! Their vegetarian section was better than expected, and they even made us a custom teriyaki tofu that stole the show.
When the tofu hit the table on a sizzling cast iron plate, it turned heads—and started an order frenzy. The tofu was firm (we usually like extra firm), but it soaked up the sauce beautifully, and that sizzling presentation sealed the deal.

5 stars all day. Wow this sushi was so good…. The salad dressing ? I am head over heels. I’ve been trying to find anything like that since. The beef curry was something I’ve never experienced anything like before. My friend liked it so much she literally kept my leftovers. I don’t have enough good things to say about it.
