The food was good but the cashier Victoria was very disrespectful and rude. Very unprofessional, on her phone the entire time I’m trying to place my order. Hardly listening to me and ended up messing up my order because she was too busy texting.

After being a regular there for years, I went in for music bingo. Something that I do every week. I have won several times. This time they denied that gift certificate because I was using it for beer. They have never done that before. Management does not care about the loyal customers. All of this over a 25 dollar gift card that I won and their event. I hope that losing a loyal customer was worth 25 dollars. I typically spend around 5 to 6 hundred a month in there. They are happy to lose that over a 25 dollar purchase by a very loyal customer.

Whoever made my online to go order that was placed around 3:25 pm September 1st, 2025 should go back to training. Gave me 9 drums and 1 flat. That’s criminal, and completely forgot to put BBQ on my boyfriend’s wrap. Fries were also soggy but that’s expected. 2/10.

Service at this location sucks. Both times I came here, 2 years apart, the waitresses just sit on their phones the whole time. The second time we sat there for 15 minutes waiting to be served and not one of them approached us. When we got up to leave they blatantly watched us walking out and didn’t care one bit.
