Let me say that I was really let down with my expectations at this location. Ill keep this short and get to my point. First, they were advertising 9.99 bottomless appetizers all over the place, which included 5 of their apps out of about 12. Our server comes up and informs us that they are out of 2 of the apps, the only two worth actually buying the deal for. So you're pretty much left to choose from chips and salsa, dip and pickles. I asked if we could substitute since they couldn't provide what they advertised, and he says no. So we spent $40 on the appetizers that we wanted. Then he takes our order. When the food comes, he forgets who ordered what. That's fine. But my order was a bacon patty melt with bacon aoli. My sandwich has no bacon nor any aoli, so after we see him again about 5 mins later I ask him to get me the right sandwich. He eventually does. He replenished my kids drinks, brings my 8 year old a mountain dew and thats not what he ordered. Fast forward to the bill....I get charged for both of my sandwiches, the wrong one that I sent back and the one that was brought back to me. I did have him adjust it, but what if I didnt pay attention? Just an all around bad experience, and we were there for a birthday. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone.

Wings came to the table, they were fried to a crisp, & DRIED out, couldn't bite into them, disgusting!! Fries were served COLD! Will NOT return to this location!! We waited over an hour and had to ask the server when the food was going to be ready? If you complain about the food, you get 100% attitude from the server! If I could give a lower rating, it would be negative stars!

Lots of parking available. Open seats when we arrived on a Friday around 5pm. Food came out quick and hot. Staff was great and did a awesome job!

I was having issues with my gift card and the manager Alex and the worker Kayden were very patient with me and worked very hard to help me figure it out. They want above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it.
Chicken was dry, not good. I was supposed to get 5 ranches and orange sauce. For 2 10pc and chz curd. I got half a ranch. Ive been saving up months, for this birthday dinner, i was dissatisfied, staff was rude. Ive tried to get a job there, never called back. However, the staff here cant cook right or supply forks napkins or ranch with my chicken. The chicken was very small and chz curds not much. Half the size as back in the day. Over priced, especially if you dont come on tuesday. My parents picked it up for me and its too far a drive from allen park to be forgetting to give me ranch as a waitress to customer. Not everybody can afford ranch as a back up or napkins or forks. Be thankful you’re inconsiderate enough as a waitress to forget ranch etc. why because you dont need these things as harshly.
