I was having issues with my gift card and the manager Alex and the worker Kayden were very patient with me and worked very hard to help me figure it out. They want above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it.
A couple months ago we were in as we always are for BOGO Thursdays (and yes it's still BOGO with the app). Hub and my son ordered 10 boneless (buy 10 get 10, so 20 total), my daughter and I got 10 traditional each. 2 separate orders.
We waited FOREVER and kept reassuring the server no problem, we're fine, it's OK.

I can’t say enough great things about Haley, our favorite server! Every time we visit, her infectious positivity and genuine smile instantly set the tone for a fantastic experience. Hayley not only brightens up the room with her cheerful demeanor, but she also goes above and beyond by knowing our order even before we have a chance to mention it. This personal touch makes every visit feel special and keeps us coming back time and time again!!
