There rude tbh and I don’t mind paying for anything extra but they need to work on how to say stuff . And who don’t have mayo packet I on came here cause I have a appointment across the street , food look decent just need better customer service

Horrible to have to wait in drive thru almost 45 minutes for food just to get home and have it wrong. I ordered a whopper jr with cheese no tomato and no pickles and had a huge tomato on there. Couldn’t even touch the sandwich any further to take a picture since I was alone and very allergic to tomatoes. Just a pregnant lady who was trying to raise my blood sugar since I had been shopping all day and it was ruined, the cashier was nice though. Not her fault management lacks staff.

Lazy rude employees. At counter waiting to place order and employee didn't even acknowledge me but I could tell she was aware of my presence. So I walked out . I got in line for drive through and after waiting in line behind one car for 5 minutes I heard her on speaker telling guy in front of me to please hold because they are backed up. No one was inside and one me and guy in front of me where in drive through.

Currently in line. Been at the speaker for 10 minutes. No one else is in the drive thru. I ordered ahead online. I was told to wait at first. Then asked for my order. Told em, they said wait a minute. Its been 5 more.
Having a not so great experience, I wanted to give the establishment an opportunity to make it right so naturally I called and complained about our family's experience and the manager a couple days later decided that they were going to fulfill my whole entire order.

Chicken sandwich was way too salty. Medium fries were a small size. Asked for a small cup to get water and they wanted to charge for it. I definitely will not be back to Burger King.

They lady at the window was very nice, the food was hot. I received my burger just the way I asked for it. Thank you
Slow service waited forever for my order
I would avoid this location at all costs. Hearing employees talk about having food ready “before the timer goes off” sounds like a pretty serious health code & food safety violation to me. I ordered my meal at 8:25. I received it after sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes. FIFTEEN MINUTES. I cannot recall a single time I’ve ever had a decent experience here. The BK app won’t issue a refund, either. Will not return - ever.

This location is one of the worst locations! 5-15 mins sitting at the speaker because the employees cannot take care of more than 1 car start to finish at a time! They cannot take an order while waiting on food to be ready for the car at the window. I have given this location multiple chances and they show me why I go to the one at Northline & Allen if I want BK which is out of my way! This location should just close down because they cannot be making money if they can’t keep customers!

The middle aged cashier, caucasian , full beard with hair past shoulder was SO RUDE! He refused to give me a receipt after I requested a refund due to his responses, snatching my payment and puffing/sigh-ing when i asked a questin! I left and went to McDonalds where they were amazing!
