The manager on duty should be fired. She speaks to her workers and customers with zero respect. Instead of being present during a rush she is hidden in some back office. She left new untrained employees on their own during peak lunch hours. When she did deign to come out of her hiding place she loudly and rudely berated her untrained workers for being in the weeds in front of a lobby full of customers. If this how the leadership acts, no wonder this is the worse Burger King Down River. That manger should be ashamed of herself.
