I'm not usually one to complain about food service because I know how it is. I usually love this place so much. One of my favorite places to go. But Captain jays fish & chicken you are a disappointment. I ordered 2 combos. Mac and cheese, and a strawberry crunch cake. I didn't receive fries with 1 combo. I got cheesecake instead, which I can't even eat because I'm lactose intolerant. Mac and cheese was half full and cold out of the fridge.
