Our server, Matt was great. Food was over priced and cold. I had the trio platter. Cheese sticks were cold. The burger sliders were so tiny it looked like a meatball on a bun. Waste of money! $50 for two people. Their tenders are good though. I won’t be back.

Pretty awful experience. Our server was scatterbrained and had no idea what was on the menu, or what item the kitchen was out of. Food was bland and the service was poor. Will not be returning to this, or any other Chili's, again. Save money and go anywhere else. I recommend the Taco Bell next door instead.

Excellent service staff on both visits, today with Stephanie. She was very busy, but attentive and friendly. 4 additional visits since review above,, wait & kitchen staff congregate in dining room & discuss other employees, problems with overall job and utilize some vile language within earshot of customers/diners. Very loud clearing of tables with additional loud staff conversations. When dining out I want to quietly converse with people I came in with. Heavy set, black male with very long dreds ushered our party to our table; amidst staff standing around in dining room. Music on radio was playing and entire back wall of dining room is mirrored. The host along with other uniformed employees started dancing in the dining room entrance & walkways. I really don't want to witness this crap along with the noise when dining out. If this guy was the manager, he needs to be advised of acceptable social behavior. This nonsense has happen on my last 4 visits. Food & prices are acceptable/ not noteworthy, but be prepared for foul mouthed, loud staff with a ridiculous floorshow. I'll go somewhere else, too many other restaurants around that appropriately train staff.

Our server was Kaitlyn. She gave the best, over -the-top service I have experienced in Michigan. This restaurant was not my food choice, but a friend's. I am unlikely to return there, but should that change, I would ask for Kaitlyn. She was professional, attentive to all needs, always checked table, excellent customer relations... personable, but about business.
It would not be a surprise to see her in management.

There were 15 of us ranging from ages 7 to 63. The server was on point from start to finish. The guest requiring something special got what they wanted, drinks never went dry, and the food was good. Great job making the Sweet 16 birthday girl's special day, special !
It was ok. It took forever for our food to come out after we ordered. It was extremely crowed so I will go again and see how service is. If better service, I will update my rating. I will say that it was very delicious.

Terrible service and food is not good, had to flag our waiter down to serve us. Asked for loaded mac n cheese and got regular. Chicken tenders are dry and didn't receive any dip. Ribs are below average and no choice of sauce to go with it. This is why i dont go out to eat anymore its not worth it . Completely disappointed with this place! wouldn't recommend and won't go back.

I have been here 4 times w my girlfriend and 2 heathens i like. Food is out cold.That means for you, other people. That it is excellent! Three times out of four I had a good server. One of these times the the lady Went extremely out of her way to make Sure that the kids were Happy and it was very Refreshing and that person is awesome. Two other times the waitresses We're absolutely excellent also. However, The last time I went , the waitress seemed like she had Something. More important on her mind than working her job and or someone else but not my family. the key to good work in this industry is to shut your key switch off when you come to work dude period it will reflect in your tips and happiness. In my opinion if you don't want to work don't come to work . That's about all I'm gonna say period the food is excellent, everyone else there.The environment I love chili's.I will be going back there again.And I will not be having that waitress ever.Served my family again period if I see her.It will be like the play period period i'm not in the just handing out Money to people at a businees establishment for service w my food. Otheewise, i can give my money to someone else who i like. I am picky and when I am paying for something.I expected to be right. otherwise I won't be paying anymore. Free trade . Everything but that waitress.I love about chili's period period i'm x military so I don't like half assers......... i can just about smell the clueless waft emanating from the lackluster performance hindered boufant of that waitress. Yay keep truuckin re training possibly. Love peace
