They must have changed their money.Because I don't remember it.Having so many food options. My waitress only brought me my drinks and then another person brought me my food. They came from the back kitchen. Makes it really hard when you try to tip because you're not tipping your waitress or waiter, Because they're not actually waiting on you. They need a better system.

I was picking up a door dash order and I rang the bell and no one heard me, I poked my head in kitchen and said I had a dash, she was kinda rude and wanted to state the time of it, sorry I was early just letting her know I was there to pick up.

I had been cheating and going to the location on the hill but please know that when I say I want my baby back I mean YOU Southgate Chilli's. My meal today was PERFECT. My kid's food was PERFECT. My husband's food was PREFECT. I requested that things be brought out as they were ready and not all at once as to end up with some things lukewarm and others hot. Everything was piping hot and FRESH. We had kid's pizza meals with fries, a triple dipper with two regular crispers and southwestern egg rolls, a bacon Rancher burger and chicken nachos. Our server was great as well. Thank you for not wasting my hard earned money with crappy food and giving my family a nice night out. 10/10

We went in on a medium busy Tuesday afternoon for lunch. Our server basically knew nothing about gluten-free options. ... and it was no wonder because the gluten-free menu that we pulled up on the table computer was very confusing and misleading. If you have gluten sensitivity or celiac, I would definitely not recommend going to this place. They are clueless. Also I ordered my beer probably about a minute before happy hour and it came to me 20 minutes later but they made sure they charged me the unhappy hour price.
Ordered the appetizer trio. We both thought all items were good, even had leftovers. Will be going back. Prices good and service great.

If you find yourself at the Southgate location, do yourself a favor and ask for Joy! She is just that! At first I felt like such a pain, moving booths and she didn’t roll an eye or act annoyed by my request. I appreciated her patience and amazing service! My daughter even commented multiple times through our dining experience about how awesome our server was. She was the treat to a delicious meal. Thank you Joy, we will be back to request you! I hope your bosses know what a gem they have. (Yes, I told her manager on our way out too!)
