I had been cheating and going to the location on the hill but please know that when I say I want my baby back I mean YOU Southgate Chilli's. My meal today was PERFECT. My kid's food was PERFECT. My husband's food was PREFECT. I requested that things be brought out as they were ready and not all at once as to end up with some things lukewarm and others hot. Everything was piping hot and FRESH. We had kid's pizza meals with fries, a triple dipper with two regular crispers and southwestern egg rolls, a bacon Rancher burger and chicken nachos. Our server was great as well. Thank you for not wasting my hard earned money with crappy food and giving my family a nice night out. 10/10

We went in on a medium busy Tuesday afternoon for lunch. Our server basically knew nothing about gluten-free options. ... and it was no wonder because the gluten-free menu that we pulled up on the table computer was very confusing and misleading. If you have gluten sensitivity or celiac, I would definitely not recommend going to this place. They are clueless. Also I ordered my beer probably about a minute before happy hour and it came to me 20 minutes later but they made sure they charged me the unhappy hour price.

If you find yourself at the Southgate location, do yourself a favor and ask for Joy! She is just that! At first I felt like such a pain, moving booths and she didn’t roll an eye or act annoyed by my request. I appreciated her patience and amazing service! My daughter even commented multiple times through our dining experience about how awesome our server was. She was the treat to a delicious meal. Thank you Joy, we will be back to request you! I hope your bosses know what a gem they have. (Yes, I told her manager on our way out too!)

We've been to this chilis probably 100 times and I've never felt drawn to leave a review but tonight we had Bella as our waitress and she crushed it. She was so kind and patient with our son who insisted on ordering himself. At the end of our meal when we asked for a bag for our chips & salsa, and she brought us a full bag of warm chips and fresh salsa, which was so kind.

My husband and I came to Chilis for dinner after a long work day. The food at Chilis is always great but what stood out the most to us was the service. Jordan was our server and he was phenomenal. It’s been a long time since we have received such great service while dining in at restaurants. He was so attentive and kind. I would love for this review to get back to him so he knows how much we appreciated him.
