Definitely not what I was expecting. Not like how it was when I was a kid, seems more boring and more expensive for less. Food was good but the salad bar was not appealing whatsoever. Kids had fun but I will not be returning with them after my membership is over.

My son’s play card was stolen by two adults. I informed the employee that I had spent about $55 on credits on the card and he said something to the extent of “thats a lot of points and thats tough”. He scanned a card with like 9 credits and gave it to me. I left feeing like there was more they could’ve have done, Like look at the security camera or at least give us another play card with more credits. Shame on the couple that stole my son’s card and shame on the staff for not helping out.

The employees didn't seem like they wanted to do their jobs right at all! We went for my daughters birthday party and they kept giving me the run around and then telling me all different things. Then when I got there they made me pay first not last like the lady said. I asked one gentleman if there pizza and bread was mine on the counter and he said no so then I waited 20 minutes for someone to come over the loud speaker and just to find out that was ny order so now the food was all cold! They messed up one of my pizzas and then it took them a hour to make it and we got it 10 minutes before the party was over. The staff was sitting by my tables the whole time and didnt seem like they were doing anything but sitting there talking and playing on their phones. No one came to me and asked if my daughter was ready to go into the ticket catcher, no one explained anything to us at all! This was a worst experience for me but im glad my kids had fun. Definitely will not go back for a party at ALL!

Customer service is horrible. They barely filled my dippin dots, they gave me a previously melted bomb bop which was so sticky when I opened it and on top of that they didn’t give me a pager for the fries I had ordered so I had to wait ten minutes just to find an employee to ask. Fries shouldn’t take thirty minutes. The trampoline area is also not the most convenient considering it’s not really suitable for an adult to supervise since it’s so small. It was a horrible experience. Not worth the money at all.

This location is a money trap and doesn't offer much. Employees all look like they don't care to be there which im sure it's not a fun place to work but at least pretend. Not worth the money go to zap zone and spend the same amount if not less for more.
Quality has gone down drastically, don't understand how they are still in business. Wouldn't take my pet turtle here

I visit this location often, and over the past few months I’ve noticed a lot of changes with managers and employees coming and going. I can tell the team is trying to improve the store, but the equipment isn’t being maintained or monitored as much as it should be. A better system is definitely needed when it comes to how kids use the equipment.
Many kids are running around unsupervised and some are damaging the games or play areas. It’s frustrating because I have to constantly pull my toddler back due to older kids who aren’t behaving. I’m not sure what the exact rules are, but I really think there should be stronger expectations for parents to supervise their children instead of sitting on their phones.
I truly hope this location can figure out a better approach soon, because I love bringing my child here and want to see it continue to improve.

Service was not good, had to ask for things supposed to be included with the birthday party.ccloys of game were not working. The cotton candy machine was out but not working. Also I had to ask 3 different time for ice both were empty. Never done. Really gone down there. Unfortunately.

At times it gets super busy. There was just 1 staff when I went there around 7.45 pm. Party place is huge. Chuck e mouse did show up regularly and interacting with kids. Lots of free parking . Public washroom. Gaming stations are little less compared to other locations, but lots of stuff for toddlers.
