Michael and the team were great with my daughters birthday party on 3 Jan! My wife was in the hospital and the party was last minute but without knowing any of those details the little party of 6 kids had a ball and they even helped with pricing out what would work best rather than making a rash last second decision that would have cost even more! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and all the kids couldn’t be either! The shout out is well deserved!!!!

They took out half of the games and put a play scape thats a extra 60 dollars separate from 60 your only 2hrs to play games, also I watched a birthday party and chuckie came.out amd danced and left.I didnt see no pictures looking with at least the birthday kids! Shame, used to be kool back in the day now there all about money ,also my daughter got a free family coupon and a gift from her Son and they wouldn't even honor it. Govtondave and busters if want to get your moneys worth

Staff when crowded get overstressed and lax at there jobs. Person in the chuck e suit always amazing and puts the effort to all children. Also play and jump area person is really sweet and understanding. The rest need more people skills.

Here for a birthday party, place was packed and very clearly short staffed. Young man up front, Paris, did such an amazing job juggling everyone, restocking, making sure everyone got what they needed. Fixed numerous issues just for us personally. All while keeping a positive attitude. His hard work really stood out.

Definitely not what I was expecting. Not like how it was when I was a kid, seems more boring and more expensive for less. Food was good but the salad bar was not appealing whatsoever. Kids had fun but I will not be returning with them after my membership is over.

I had a great time here with my granddaughter! The attendant at the trampoline made sure the kids were not running or horse playing! I’ll be back.

My son’s play card was stolen by two adults. I informed the employee that I had spent about $55 on credits on the card and he said something to the extent of “thats a lot of points and thats tough”. He scanned a card with like 9 credits and gave it to me. I left feeing like there was more they could’ve have done, Like look at the security camera or at least give us another play card with more credits. Shame on the couple that stole my son’s card and shame on the staff for not helping out.

The employees didn't seem like they wanted to do their jobs right at all! We went for my daughters birthday party and they kept giving me the run around and then telling me all different things. Then when I got there they made me pay first not last like the lady said. I asked one gentleman if there pizza and bread was mine on the counter and he said no so then I waited 20 minutes for someone to come over the loud speaker and just to find out that was ny order so now the food was all cold! They messed up one of my pizzas and then it took them a hour to make it and we got it 10 minutes before the party was over. The staff was sitting by my tables the whole time and didnt seem like they were doing anything but sitting there talking and playing on their phones. No one came to me and asked if my daughter was ready to go into the ticket catcher, no one explained anything to us at all! This was a worst experience for me but im glad my kids had fun. Definitely will not go back for a party at ALL!

Customer service is horrible. They barely filled my dippin dots, they gave me a previously melted bomb bop which was so sticky when I opened it and on top of that they didn’t give me a pager for the fries I had ordered so I had to wait ten minutes just to find an employee to ask. Fries shouldn’t take thirty minutes. The trampoline area is also not the most convenient considering it’s not really suitable for an adult to supervise since it’s so small. It was a horrible experience. Not worth the money at all.
