I've given this place plenty of chances since moving to Taylor about 2 years ago. It's only about 5 mins away from my house so its convenient, but their customer service is horrible. Every single time I go to this location for something they never have it. Yesterday I wanted ice cream. I went through the drive thru and they were out of the one I wanted of course. So I decided to pick something else only to be told there would be a 20 minute wait for ice cream in the drive thru!! Unacceptable!! I will going to the Woodhaven location from now on.

I placed my order online for a large Party Pack with short notice & they made it happen. I stay out of State & wanted to surprise my Mom & family on Mother's Day with a ice cream party. My Mom was in Coldstone for pickup less than 10 minutes. The order was fast, on time, correct & delicious. The young man on the phone was very professional. I would order here again. My family loved being together, enjoying company over ice cream.

Horrible. Always out of something or something is broken. Milkshake machine was out the last visit. The time before, no sweet cream flavor. And last 3 visits the gift card machine didn't work. It's worth the 15 min drive to actually real Cold Stone in Allen Park.

2nd time I've tried going there for ice cream and both times they have only 4-5 ice creams available out of the 10-20 they offer. Also had no waffle cones or waffle cone cups and they explained to me it was because they were sitting out. How the heck you offer ice cream and advertise all these different type of ice creams but never have it. Horrible experience both times. I will never stop again.
I had went to get the strawberry ice cream cake for my mothers birthday. The only one they had was pretty sloppy, so I asked to see if they had more in the back, they said no. This gentleman asked if i wanted something written on it, i said yes and he went to the back. Almost ten minutes went by and he finally came out and told me he was fixing the cake because he agreed that it wasn't presentable. He finally came out with the cake and it was gorgeous, the details and all the extra toppings was just beautiful. I wish i had gotten his name! He made my day! Thank you ♥ï¸

They can not use gift cards because their card reader is broke down. This has been an ongoing problem since at least December 2018.

We decided to go get shakes, when we got there after ordering we waited 10mins for our shakes. The blender broke so we had to pull forward and wait another 5 mins. When we finally received our shakes they were so thick we couldn't drink them, if I wanted ice cream I would've order a cone. Horrible service. . . When my husband went inside to complain the place was very dirty. We asked for a refund, will never go again.

The lady that made my ice-cream, kept wiping what was on her hands onto her hat and jacket. I never seen her wash her hands she just put gloves on after working the drive thru side of tim hortons. Neither employee had hair nets on. If the food inspector went here I guarantee they'll be shut down. Very unsanitary and i will never go here again. I will continue to go to The location in Allen Park.
