I placed my order online for a large Party Pack with short notice & they made it happen. I stay out of State & wanted to surprise my Mom & family on Mother's Day with a ice cream party. My Mom was in Coldstone for pickup less than 10 minutes. The order was fast, on time, correct & delicious. The young man on the phone was very professional. I would order here again. My family loved being together, enjoying company over ice cream.
Customer service was great, Sylvia is an outstanding worker, answers questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. Clean store, decent prices, etc. Would come back to this location again because of her. Would even recommend to friends and or family to this location.
I had went to get the strawberry ice cream cake for my mothers birthday. The only one they had was pretty sloppy, so I asked to see if they had more in the back, they said no. This gentleman asked if i wanted something written on it, i said yes and he went to the back. Almost ten minutes went by and he finally came out and told me he was fixing the cake because he agreed that it wasn't presentable.
