Food is good. Banquet Hall is spacious, decorative, and clean! Staff are accommodating. I been there on three different occasions, and no complaints either time!

We came for the Thanksgiving buffet. We were putting a table with dirty napkins, glasses and silverware. When I asked the gentleman was somebody sitting here already he said no we turned the tables over and walked away. The turkey was lackluster, the stuffing was hard, the little pecan pies were all crust and no pecan, and what I assumed was roast beef was absolutely horrible. I can say that the ham was delicious. The penne pasta with marinara was decent. When I bought my tickets at the counter there I was told what a wonderful feast it would be. It was okay at best

Horrible place. My great nephew had a wedding reception on the 25th of October. Food horrible music horrible.

Food was the most bland I've ever had, the ranch was literally watered down, the microphone kept chopping in and out for speakers. To the point we couldn't hear half the speeches given. Sounded like a robot cutting in and out. Employees where slapping dishes, and dropping buss bins of dishes through out the speeches. Im very shocked how much people pay to rent this venue with what I witnessed today. Beautiful building the old carpet needs updated pretty badly. I dont give negative reviews often. Im leaving feedbsckin hopes they fix these things. We need to know from the public where we lack when we own a business. Tighten up Crystal Gardens and please at least buy some seasoning for your foods. Put some butter in your mashed potatoes. Put some kind of flavor on your veggies. Task like they came out of a frozen freezer bag from the microwave. Best of wishes.

I've wanted to go to Crystal gardens since I was a teenager and I'm now 64. For once, a place did not disappoint. It is beautiful and elegant and lovely. I am so glad I got to experience this place.
