Terrible service. ordered when no one was here, the barista stood after taking my order for 10 solid minutes chatting with friends who came in. I’m still waiting on my coffee. Again, no one was waiting before me or after me. H too her friends ordered.

On the way home from shopping, my my wife mentioned she was parched. I saw Fresh Bean Coffee in the near distance and pulled in. One of the best impromptu stops this year. I got a traditional Brown Sugar Boba and I forgot what my wife got. Geozaphats!!! This coffee hit the spot & my soul felt Gracious for the nectar. The vide is chill and friendly and the service is warm and personable.

I’m genuinely so sad. I spent 60 dollars here and all the drinks tasted so bad. Just one example, the sweet Tiger tea was straight up sour. Everyone that took a sip from it spit it out. My family threw them all out.

I normally really like this place but stood at the counter for let’s just say 10 to 15 minutes. I saw two purses behind the counters so I know “employees” were there, but was never even approached. I called the number twice. Heard the phone ringing, but nobody answered. Decided to leave go next-door to the Thai food restaurant and get me some Thai iced tea instead!
I ordered a hot coffee and was given an iced coffee. Then they corrected my order by giving me a lukewarm coffee which was absolutely disgusting. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and was given an absurd amount of cream cheese… Then to top it off the restaurant was dirty, crumbs were on my table. So I just ended up leaving. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Cappuccino comes in only medium and large which are huge and not a real cappuccino, this is an “American” coffee shop low quality don’t expect a real one oh and don’t buy their beans burnt and bad
