I ordered whole wings they were unseasoned and lots of visible feathers. Rib tips half done and it took forever to get my food delivered. Ordered from here before but never again service sucks

Wasn't at restaurant, delivered. Unfortunately, my wings and onion rings were cold. Had to put all of that on a cookie sheet that's lined with parchment paper.

We been ordering happys a lot lately there pizza is good and the chicken tenders were good but the last 5 times it's so overcooked and crunchy.it will break your teeth.25 bucks for 12 pieces one time I called they sent me new chicken.sometimes we have ordered 3 times a week tonight we ordered chicken I told her can you tell them not to overcook it.well sure enough the chicken was so crunchy burnt no taste.way Overdone the meat was dried up.i called told them idk if you got new cook or what she said it's new chicken.i said well it's horrible and expensive and we won't be ordering from you anymore.we did love there food.but not now.anyone else having issues with the chicken?

If u ordering ribs or chicken make sure u put it in the oven or air fryer to continue cooking or u will get sick 😫 idk why they can't cook the food all the way especially if I already waited 30mins im expecting everything to be completely done sad do better
And looking at these reviews it seems like yall need an health inspection or a call to osha 🤔 getting people sick cause yall don't wanna work or ya life unhappy get out of customer service 😒
After spending 6 minutes on hold , I ordered a small all meat get there they tell me they just put it in wait 10 minutes and then they let it sit there another 2 minutes before cutting all the while they have the radio blasting and standing around talking

I highly recommend going to a different Happys in the area if you need a pizza, I've gotten my pizza made incorrectly at 4 different occasions I asked for light cheese and extra sauce but repeatedly been given the opposite double cheese and light sauce. The staff doesn't have the attention to follow the details within your order and will just make it half actively while being on their phones in the midst of food being processed and cooked, the only person offering to remake the pizza in these situations was the owner who is a kind person, the workers however couldnt care less.
