They don’t have any sense of urgency. They make you wait every time. They tell you 15 mins plan on 20 or maybe even 30. They don’t make up for it either. Just a so what attitude. Pizza is excellent and the rest of their food is awesome. Best comfort or hangover food there is. Just not a fast place and they don’t care.

I don't know who the hell is in charge here but whoever you are, you better start doing your job. Went to pick up my order and all I hear is two girls yelling at some young man that didn't seem to be doing anything but trying to defend himself while two young broads are being unprofessional and ignorant in their workplace. They just Seem like miserable bullies. If it were me one or both those little twits would be fired. Get some class in your establishment. There's no reason to be screaming and cussing at your own coworkers while customers are in the store. Disrespect seems to be a trend in this place.

I would never order the rib tips here ,they where nothing but bone and fat The meat that was on the chuncks was old and dry and tasted like it was in the fridge for days . I called to tell them and they said , well we have to keep them in the fridge .we all know what old ribs taste like and thats it! Beware ..

I ordered almost 100 dollars worth of food. It was dry and over cooked, 1 lb of rib tips was 4 pieces. It was less than 1/2 a pound. They have gone down hill big time. I'll never order from them again. Andy's from now on.
