The hostess and server were lackluster ,at best, in thier attitude and ability to listen. The food was not what was ordered and disappointing in every way possible. When you pay $15 for a $5 meal, some level of quality should exist. Otherwise you're settling and enabling the restaurant industry to continue it's general descent.

Brought my husband for the first time and it did not disappoint. The fries are actually out of this world.. no wonder they call them cosmik! Everything was quick and delicious. Our waitress Tosha was delightful!! Great service with a smile and fantastic personality. We will definitely be back and requesting Tosha!

I was going to dinner before the MJR Mystery movie and had a great time at the Southgate HopCat location. The staff was incredible, friendly and attentive! I had the lobster Mac & Cheese. It was delicious, and #newhollabdtangerinespacemachine was ice cold!
First time there. Good atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. Food however was not great. Took quite a while and was cold.

We came in for a later dinner for the first time tonight. Immediately was greeted by Austin. Austin seated us and took care of us for the time we were there. Hubby & I went here for dinner. Atmosphere was really nice. Love the makeover from the pizza place. We ordered the crispy sprouts for an appetizer, I really enjoyed them, hubs wasn't a fan. I had the Pickleback chicken sandwich, it wad very tasty, but I felt it was missing something. If you love pickles, I highly recommend this sandwich. My husband had the double cheeseburger, looked really good.
