Watched the guy handle food after cashing people out and not washing his hands when I asked him to wash his hands before he touched my food he decided to go to the back and proceeded to talk about me. I then requested a refund he then stated “I wash my hands 15 times a day” ummmm 15 and you handle food and cash ok I won’t be eating there anymore

It really saddens mean I have to do this to my pizza spot but something happened that needs to be known. So I ALWAYS order from here, and normally I get no issues but this visit on 7/12/15 made me realize that I can't trust them to follow instructions. 1) Instruction was to put Cajun seasoning on Right half of pizza and they put it all over the pizza so my brother in law & wife had to get something else. 2) I paid $1.99 for 2x bacon and if you see in the photo of the close up they barely put any bacon on it. So with this being said I guess I'll have to give Wyndotte Ford Ave store a chance. Howies train your people to follow simple instructions or fire them! ...sorry not sorry...

READ IF YOU ORDER THIN CRUST PIZZA IN THE APP
this location has good service and the pizza is made to order specifics. I ordered a thin crust on the Hungry Howies app a few weeks ago and got a regular pizza instead I thought this was just a mistake Today I ordered a thin crust again on the app and got the regular pizza again I Informed the person at the front showed them my order receipt and then they showed me theirs and it didn’t show a thin crust in the order. They got just a regular pizza
So they are having issues with their app so if you order a thin crust, they won’t be able to see that it’s a thin crust for some reason due to an issue with the app.
Otherwise, good location have never had issues issues with this location and the quality of my orders
they made it right and made me a new pizza by the way, even offered to give me the other pizza but I didn’t want it so I just gave it to them.
Called to place an order with fundraiser coupons we purchased from a child doing a fundraiser. The guy answered, and when I said I had a coupon, he said you can order online and just enter the code. I informed him there was no code on the fundraiser card I had. He then got short with me and said, "What do you want?" and rushed through my order. He said it would be 20 minutes and don't forget to bring in the coupon. When we got to the store, our order wasn't ready. We gave them the coupon. Not a pleasant person. 6/3/24 7:45 p.m. we won't be back.

Didn't have my pizza ready,could find my order,insisted I ordered at another hungry howies went home to retrieve info only to discover it was this location no apology no nothing and I enjoy hungry howies it's just a shame the service I received

I decided no longer to go to Hungry Howies. Dominos have better deals. It's been a couple weeks I emailed hungry howies with receipt. Its been a battle to recieve my points. Dominos I get my points and their deals are much better. No issues at Southgate Dominos. I asked will I recieve points as i ordered guy said yes and didnt add my rewards number and they are ignoring emails and I was told yes. Still no points and you cant get help from anyone. Unable to order from app. The app selected location and wouldn't let me select my own location so I went to the store and ordered and asked to put it on rewards the guy lied and said it went on rewards and they refuse contacting me back and refuse giving me my points. They lost a forever customer. It's too much hassle. It's other pizza places out here with better deals, less expensive, and offer rewards that I never have an issue with... Dominos 2 pizza, garlic bread, pop, cinnamon bread always a deal 19.99 order online... Thank me later..
