This food chain was by far the best I've had. The staff was friendly and they had a clean restroom. The sandwich that I ordered was the chicken, bacon and ranch hot sandwich. It came with bacon, I had requested crispy bacon but it wasn't hard at all. That was disappointing but the sandwich was so good, it didn't even matter! That was the best sandwich I've had from a sandwich chain by far. If the bacon was crispy, it would've been 5 stars hands down! I will go back and this time, I'll elaborate on the doneness of the bacon. Even with the softer bacon, I still loved my food! I didn't care for the lemon cookie, it has a weird aftertaste like the sugar is artificial or something. I'll pass on that.
I'll be back! Best sandwich in the sandwich food chains!

One of the worst jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to in my life! Employees were rude af.. and I waited for my order to be taken for at least 15 mins when I was the only one standing there No one said ‘I’ll be right with you!’ Or nothing. I never leave bad reviews because it’s not usually a big deal but this one takes the cake.

This location in particular ALWAYS messes up my delivery order. Either it's missing ingredients (missing turkey on my Turkey Tom?! Hello?) or it's missing sides or drinks. The delivery itself is always painfully long no matter what day or time of day I order. I won't be ordering delivery from this location anymore. If I want to order, I would rather go in myself and watch them make it to make sure it's accurate. It's just too expensive to not get what you order and be unhappy about it.

I ordered 4 subs online and went to pick them up. Once we got home and started to eat, we realized half of the ingredients that we ordered and paid for, weren't on the subs. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. Either they can't read or just don't care. I won't be ordering again. I highly suggest if you buy from the Southgate location, you go inside and watch them make your subs. Hopefully that way they won't mess them up.
We ordered sandwiches for our Women's Conference. Everyone loved them. They were fresh and very tasty. The staff were very helpful going over the menu with us. I recommend using Jimmy Johns.

Curbside pickup was very slow, I had to call to get my order. I had missing chips that I caught before I left. I had the wrong pop, one of the sandwiches was wrong and I went to get the cookie I ordered and it is missing too. I don't normally have any issues but today was just a disaster for them
