Ordered a korean bbq fries bowl thru App. .waited 15 minutes and when i got home opened it up to find no chicken in it..called the store to let them know and got the feeling this happens more often than not..Isnt Chicken what KFC is known for?? Maybe change name to KNFC

Chicken was amazingly crispy , potatos were a little wet but other then that amazing 10 out of 10 would recommend
I ordered through the app in an attempt to save time, when I arrived I was told they were all out of chicken poppers. I was offered a side in substitution for 10 chicken nuggets but was told they couldn't substitute another form of chicken, since this was my son's dinner and I'd already paid through the app, I had to wait 30 minutes for the chicken. I'd ordered a side waffle which we didn't receive. My food was hot but the breading was raw.

Not sure what is going on here but anytime this place is busy, there cook seems to take a nap. I mean waiting in line or drive thru for 5-10 minutes after you made your order. I've pulled away before.

Garbage, people want 25 bucks a hour to give me 4 pieces of chicken in my bowl, 3 tenders when I ordered a 4, 1kfc sauce when I ordered BBQ as well and cold a$$ fries
