I paid for my food and was told it will be up in a minute. Twenty minutes pass I had to get up out of my seat and go back to the counter. No one was there for another 10 minutes. Finally someone came and was looking for my order. There was no one here at the time. All my food was cold. I asked for more hot fries and wedges and they still gave me hard cold fries. My chicken breast was half cook will all the crust off dry and cold I had my son with me all his food was awful I will not buy here or eat here again I just toss it in the trash I wasted 19.69 for nothing no good food or service

I stoped and got the family dinner. When I got home we all made a plate it was the worst thing I ever put in my mouth I could not even swallow it. I started looking at it and there were quills all over will not ever get food from there again

Ordered three piece chicken tenders meal. The tenders all three together were small enough to fit in the palm of my hand and were also distasteful to look at. I was charged $13 for a meal I did not eat. Was told by 3 people including corporate that I called that the General Manager would give me a refund. They did not give me a refund. Not sure why it will not let me upload the photo.

I went to go get a large mashed potato and Mac & cheese and they close at 9:30. We went at 9 to go get some and they told us it was closed. Not that it says that they are open till 9:30 but on there building it says they are open till 9:30. If they close at 9 they need to change that. Not good service.

Hours need to be updated. Thursday & Friday hours are 11am to 9:30. I was told at the speaker before 9:30 Thursday that they close at 9pm
They often use old chicken to serve the public. I thought it was a one time experience but this has happened the 4th time
