Ordered via the app ahead of time. I know the wait times in the drive thru can be long so I went into the store. Was ignored for quite a while. My food was waiting at the side but I didn't know that it was mine. The kid was like its here duh.. I asked for my drink and he got it for me with no smile or happy to be here attitude.
I have had bad luck with service at other KFC's I guess that is just what you get there.
A just sat in the drive through for 35 minutes. Food was barely warm. No explanation, just made everyone wait. 7 deep in the drive through

The chicken taste like old grease is being use mash potatoes is nasty now. They could do better with the Mac and cheese so soupy. KFC get it together.

Terrible service. The staff members are rude and careless. I always like to give second chances, so I gave it another go and it was just as bad, maybe even worse. The chicken was old a dry. Nearly un edible. I ordered 2 small sides, One mac & cheese, and one mashed potatoes and gravy. The mac & cheese was so sticky and dry, It was disgusting and the gravy on the mashed potatoes was like pure water. For the prices they are charging that is just absolutely unacceptable.

After picking up my order and making it home they had forgotten a 6 piece tender(from a $100 order) I called to ask them for what I was missing and the person answering the phone accused me of having an attitude and lying. It was truly bad service and I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this KFC ever again

I just left this location and they messed up the order again. ? You pretty much can't get a normal order here ever. Might as well save your money and air fry the stuff at home. It's cheaper, and you only have one person to blame if the order isn't correct. ?

Well, it was definitely better than it was a few months ago. The tenders are back to flaky goodness, and it doesn't taste like it was fried in old oil. Chicken is a little under crisp but a major improvement ? and still worth eating.

It seems that every time I go to KFC I have to change my order. They never have enough of the style of chicken that I want. My wife and I prefer all white original style chicken. I try to order a bucket and I always seem to be told that they don't have enough cooked to fill my order.

Ok. Order on line. The order was not ready. The kid working the counter had visitors so my service was out on hold. The lady in the back was incoherent to anyone. They stuffed my food in a bag. Literally. The box was open and the fries and and tenders were everywhere loose in the bag. They told me just google review us so I did. Awesome restaurant.

Every single time my finace and I "try" to have food here. Its always "we dont have this, we dont have that" or if you order online its "its cancelled on our end, or we dont see the order" Every time. Lazy people is what i call it. Wish there is something similar instead near southgate.
