Went to outback tonight with my fiance and brother in law they completely messed up my food so my fiance said I could choose anywhere so I chose leftys cause the food is always great!! Your location went above and beyond to make my experience great!!! They were really kind and patient! And the food was hot and delicious!! Thank you for always having great food!!

The place seemed to have suspicious vibes, the machine where customers order wasn’t working, they were taking cash only, and there was a sticky note on the window saying “prices may vary”. Bad signs all around BUT I do have to say the big poppa sandwich and big poppa fries were tasty. HOWEVER not filling and over priced !

There was literally one person working and zero guests, but I wasn’t notified until I got home that they were out of a requested product? Don’t worry, the one employee that was working said he tried to call, but yet, he failed to inform me at the window that my order wouldn’t be made as requested. Unfortunately, I understand now why this is a deteriorating concept with poor guest reviews.

We sat outside of the drive through window for about 10 mins and didn’t get any service. Kid who was there was on his phone. We honked our horn and yelled “Hey” to try and get his attention. We still never got a response. This is not how food service should run. You should get off your phone and at least be attentive enough to realize there’s someone waiting to be served.

Very good cheesesteak hoagie. Was supposed to have onions, but didn't. Still very tasty and nice employee served it!!
Was meh. Visiting Detroit for the summerslam event and tried this place.Mcdonald's is 100x better than this .

Tried this place for the first time today I was there about 8pm so I got the regular cheesesteak 14.82 out the door. I was like for 15 bucks I should be in for a treat. Got the sub home it was wrapped in like thick deli paper, open it up and the bread was soft and soggy, no biggie I threw it in the toaster oven to crisp it up. Then I start eating it and realize it's just meat and cheese they literally forgot the grilled onions. Such a disappointment. I'm sure it's a reflection of the kid they had working and not the owners still a bummer up

Inside of the store smelled like rotten milk & when we got our food it was soggy, & there was barely anything even in there. We got the brisket fries, & when we go to other Lefty's we get 2x the amount we got here. Don't recommend
